I prefer this over the XM5 because it's foldable for travel.

it looks so good on my camera just the only problem is the fins on the Side it gets in the way of the view but you can remove them and it looks so good and its very sturdy

I like that it has an LED light inside. Just makes it stand out when in view. Makes no noise for me, and it has a nice solid feel to it. I wish the lens foam was more fitting for larger lens as you can't really set 4 side by side, especially if you have hoods. I'm referring to 77mm and 85mm and an 82mm lens not being able to sit next to each other without actually touching, but I juts stand them up on another shelf instead. No big deal, but I would prefer an extra foam liner to replace that lens one if possible. All in all, I think it's pretty nice.

Was easy to put on and works good in cutting out light coming in the side of the view finder.

I have now a 20mm and 10mm eyepiece for my Pentax spotting scope, and thus have a 20X and 39X power view. The XW series of eyepieces from Pentax are simply the finest eyepieces you can buy for spotting scopes, period. I've compared them side-by-side with eyepieces costing from 50% to 100% more, and they actually come out ahead. The wide view, and generous eye relief will delight those wearing eyeglasses. You feel like you're in the view and not looking down a tunnel.

Helps block out light from the side that would interfere with your view through the lens. Can be rotated to adapt to your camera's orientation.

Nice camera. I had an older camera that did not have a view finder. Taking pictures out side was impossible. But this camera has the viewfinder and take great pictures inside or out. I also have an older Alpha camera. Boy this a6000 is so much lighter but with some adapters, the same equipment works on both. Saves me money instead of having to start from scratch again. I always recommend SONY cameras, I had them for years and always get a good bit of work out of them.
