I have changed every Nikon foot with Kirk replacement feet and have never regretted.

It is perfect for tabletop purposes...very sturdy and tightly made. Feels like it will last if you take care of it. Spikes in feet are a nice touch for when you're 'in the rough' so to speak. Buy it.

Using this at the foot of my bed connected to an old Macmini... 8 feet away and the image is perfect. I don't game so I don't know about it's worth as a monitor for play. The price was right... B&H got it right to me... never had a problem with anything I've got from B&H. Recommended.

Using on a boat, it helps stabilize in any seas, but any waves under 3 feet, and on our 30 foot boat, you can see near or far, really well.

I found the pod to be useful but would recommend that one of the feet should be flat so if a user wants to lean forward more they can step on the flat foot for more stability I would recommend this to others.

I have several Kirk replacement feet on my various Nikon lenses. Top quality and this lens foot is no different.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use this in my foot massager. My feet hurt so bad by the time I get home after a long shift. I rarely get breaks but when I do I use my massager but I especially use it when I get home. I've had these batteries for over 2 weeks. They are still going strong too.

The Nikon-supplied feet are terrible if you're carrying the 70-200 f/2.8 or the 400 f/4.5 with a strap attached to the foot. Both of mine popped off at some point. According to reviews other replacement feet have the same problem. This one stays put! Absolutely. For lenses that cost $2-3,000 I want the foot to stay put. I do wish it were a bit longer.

I was a little skeptical before hand but after adding sets of GF50 Big Foot 50mm feet to my ProMediaGear TR 344L tripod and to an smaller Induro tripod and wow, what a difference they make when shooting indoors or outdoors on smooth surfaces. They are a great addition to any tripod that accepts 3/8"-16 accessories like spikes or feet for rocky surfaces.
