I have seen several reviews claiming this was hard to repack in the carrying case and that it would easily fall off the flash. I have not experienced either problem. To repack it you just flatten the back side into the front - it fits in the case fine. I have had no issues with it falling off the flash unless it gets bumped against something, but I would expect the same from any magnetic mount system. The instructions explicitly state putting this item on the flash first and then filters or whatever on top. Maybe some didn't read the manual. It can get a bit unwieldy, the A1X is pretty tall especially with the light pointing upwards. Then add this on top. But it does do a very nice job of softening without having to use some sort of softbox. So it gets good marks for portability, especially off camera. 5 |

I have only used the cool diffusion filters in this pack, but they worked as intended and I was able to unpack and repack them in a hurry. This pack has a wide selection of common filters in a convenient case at a decent price. 5 |
