Formatting Invoices In Quickbooks Online

It fits my needs perfectly. Sending out invoices for a small business.

I got this to manage all of the receipts and invoices I receive, fast and simple to use.

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! Runs quite and no problems formatting and installing OS.

Easy to operate, popped it into a DVR and no formatting necessary.

What's there to say this was easy to install and after formatting works well.

I use this paper for a variety of things...including fliers and invoices for my graphics business. It is very sturdy while producing a great finished product....displays fantastic colors!

Need better instructions on formatting. Better yet why not ask how to be used and format before shipping.
