When I wanted a standard zoom for my A7 r4, i tried both the Tamron 28-75 and the Sigma 24-70. Both are really excellent lenses but I went with the Sigma because I need the 24mm (makes a big difference) and find the extra controls on the lens very useful (specially the custom button - there is never enough custom controls on the A7 r4). Only downside of the Sigma (compared to the Tamron) are the extra weight and the price. Both worth it in my case. 5 |

This is a great value for productivity usage and basic gaming (DotA, Fortnite, etc.). Excellent option while waiting for an affordable video card for basic games. Otherwise you should get a Ryzen series processor with the X suffix (non APU, better CPU) and a dedicated video card 5 |
