I'm using it primarily for video accent footage and the smooth moves that you can get with the GVM are so much more pro than handheld. Ok, I like it. If you're tired of manually changing the settings and parameters on TotalMix and swapping back and forth between your DAW windows and TM, then this is the controller for you. The assignable functions allow you to customize the controller to fit your needs. It also has a foot switch input as well, which I've got assigned to talkback. The controller feels robust and it's def got some weight to it. The jog wheel is very firm with high resolution. It works smoothly with my RME UFX and Macbook Pro Late 2013 15' (OSX 10.9.5). They nailed it!

Took awhile to figure out the proper switch settings, but once I did it works great!

Replaced my existing firewall, dhcp controller and network switch with ubiquity controller and network switch along with 3 ubiquity access points. It was a painless installation and network speeds are much faster.
