Got this product as an alternative to storing loose prints with acid-free paper interleaves. These are just the right weight and size to accept 13x19 prints with easy insertion and not so much bulk as to appreciably reduce capacity of storage boxes.

It works and I trust it to hold the camera. It's a nice cheap hands free alternative to an uncomfortable neck strap.

I'm a free-lance video producer and I bought this stand as an alternative to a shotgun mike on a tripod (as a Condenser mic it was picking up a lot of noise directly behind it). From my experience with it so far I am absolutely thrilled with the improvement, not only in sound quality, but also in functionality. It is very tall and long which consequently means it is fairly heavy. WARNING: When I opened up the box I was disappointed to find that IT DOES NOT COME WITH AN ADAPTER for a 1/4 or 3/8 cold shoe mount. It's only two bucks for one and it's easy enough to Jerry-Rig your mic on if necessary but if you don't already have one make sure and add it to your order. One other thing that might been nice to have is a bag or something to keep the extender together with it (I haven't needed it yet so I have to keep it in my light bag). Overall a great addition to any kit.

I was informed that Nikon cameras wouldn't tether in Lightroom but as soon as I connected my Nikon DSLR to Adobe LightRoom via Tether Tools TetherPro cable, LightRoom immediately recognized my camera with all its settings and I could view pictures taken from the camera and I can trigger the shutter remotely from Lightroom as well. The cable is robust and the length is perfect for my use. I highly recommend a carrying case by Tether Tools.

It works fine with Leica M8 and Lightroom (in lightroom, click import then choose M8 from the left side panel). hi
