I have been using a I have been using a Promise 8 Bay raid for many years as back up on the Mac Pro with Time Machine. Moving to the Synology has worked well so far. Their software is pretty easy to use and I like the expandability of this one.

After moving to an m1 mac in my photo edit bay I began having trouble with my trusty NEC PA272W monitor, with resolution restricted to 1080. After much research I bought the Eizo not only for its well known color fidelity but for its simple usb-c connectivity. It was an easy swap and calibrate and works beautifully as my edit monitor, while the NEC is getting sent to the studio to be a composing monitor on set with a pre-m1 laptop. The control of calibration targets is easy and powerful with the Color Navigator software.

The best size and dollar for my 3 5 bay NAS boxes. All are full now with this drive. Little loud, but not bad. Not one issue with them. Do recommend them.

Great signal, replaces 5 Wi-Fi boxes all over the house and outside. Great signal for TV and computers all over the house, into the backyard, and on our patio and in the garage! Fantastic!

We recently upgraded several TVs in order to use YouTube TV via Wi-Fi instead of cable boxes. We now have nothing, but Sony brand TVs (6) and they have been so reliable I rarely consider other brands. In fact, I have never had a Sony TV that needed a repair or died, I recently replaced 2 to upgrade to newer technology.

Able to use Wi-Fi through house worry free. Everything has been quick and easy.

Added it into a free bay on the Precision 3660. In disk management initialized, formatted and assigned a drive letter. Works like a champ and is quiet.

I've shot a few boxes of this stuff now and find that it is a wildly different color palette compared to the Fuji slides that we are all used to. It's much more neutral and doesn't have that magenta cast that Velvia has, leaning more towards green than anything. It works wonders in lush green forests and seems to have an extra stop of dynamic range in the highlights over most slides. I wouldn't say that it replaces the Fuji slides, but rather adds another option for us.

Chimera is well-known for its flattering Lightbanks (soft boxes). I use their 1,000 watt TRILOETS to KEY LIGHT TALENT with 3,200K light for HD VIDEO shoots in front of GREEN SCREENS. Conversely, I light my 16x9 format green screens in the background with very bright 5,500K (Daylight) using a pair of vertical 6-tube T5HO fluorescent tube fixtures set at 45 degree angles. We COLOR BALANCE our talent's flesh tones IN POST and the yellowish light from the Chimera Triolets can be tweaked to make the talent dramatically punch out over our keyed-in bluish green screen backgrounds. Chimera Triolets are exquisitely-engineered professional gear. The collapsible ring feature makes them a no-brainer over rigging/softening heavy Fresnel Spots in tight quarters. Like others, my only complaint is their SHORT POWER CORD.

The Raya two light kit works perfect with the Green Screen setup. Everything went together very easy, although it took some time placing the rods in the soft boxes. The air cushioned light stands was a nice feature. The Fluorescent light socket with the soft box attached was fairly light and easy to mount and remove. If you need lights for portrait or Green Screen work you can't beat this set of octagon soft boxes with the fourteen CFLs. I'm very pleased and feel this is one of the best bargains out there for this type of lighting. And again good quality for the price.
