One of the best midi controllers I have ever used. I am able to control my euro rack to my computer and everything in between. Awesome

I am just getting into MIDI. I'd heard great things about the Nektar MIDI controllers and I was particularly interested because they come with specific setup protocols for individual DAWS. I'm a reaper user and the Impact L25+ mated perfectly with it. Great value and a lot of capabilities for 99 bucks.

First, I have long admired Midi Controllers, Keyboards, Effects, and everything associated with digital music creation. There are several reviews out there by amazing creators with more detailed information, but after watching all of them, then pulling the trigger on this one, it was worth it. The build quality is nice, the feel of the pads is premium, and adjustments are quickly made. Plug and play, for the most part, depending on the DAV or website software you use. If you are looking for a little larger keyboard/Midi controller, this one should be at the top of your list, and it's only $60 more (at the time of writing this) than the AKAI MPK Mini, so what's stopping you?

I bought this tape to label controls on MIDI controllers and I/O's on my audio interface. It keeps everything organized so when someone other than my self is looking an input or output they can find it easily. The tape is bright enough that if something is written on it it can be read in dim lighting. It's also strong enough to hold something down or secure something in a position so it doesn't fall.

My workstation is cluttered with USB devices, from keyboard/mouse to MIDI controllers. I needed a way to connect a MIDI keyboard controller further away from my computer, so I purchased this extension cable. Has been working great, no problems at all.

Perfect for the slimline MIDI Controllers and working into tight spots in your set up, as a drummer, percussionist, or keyboardist.

I’ve used a bunch of midi controllers and cables in recent years but I’m really enamoured with the flexibility from this wireless midi control. I use this with a P-95 and my iPad (haven’t tried with my laptop) and it’s been an ideal set up. Highly recommend!

We are now short a drummer on occasion at church and so I needed to do drum tracks. There are Roland drums at church and I also have a Roland kit at home. I have a nice Steinberg audio interface for my iPad 6 running Cubasis but thought why not just use MIDI to record/edit/fix/playback the drum tracks. The Steinberg while great for audio (and MIDI) is kind of big in comparison and a cabling hassle with the additional Lightning camera interface and two wall warts. This IK is awesome. Just the Lightning cable between it and the iPad, and one MIDI cable to either the home (recording) or church (playback) Roland. That's it. Sure it takes battery from the iPad but that's no problem. For me it's a feature to not need a wall wart. I am always recharging multiple devices near-daily anyway.

I think it's a great little device, but this one didn't thrill me like the po-12 or the po-133 I had bought previously. I can't tell whether drum machine and sampler concepts fit into the pocket operator form factor better, or that I'm harder to impress with audio equipment now. Like drum machines don't usually require midi. 5 stars because I still play with it almost every day after a month of use, and I do use it to make cool stuff that sounds good to me. I'd recommend this to someone who wanted to try their first pocket operator, who wants synth sounds, but wouldn't mind limited control. If you're someone looking to advance beyond a pocket operator ever and your looking at this because the budget is tight, I might advise you look at a Korg Volca Keys or something along those lines with midi and more standard controls.

This keyboard creates both MIDI and CV and it's also a sequencer and a drum-machine and everything you would like to have. It makes most of my Eurorack modules so much more useful, because there are things I wouldn't do because of too much wiring, but KeyStep Pro creates all the signals, they're synchronized and it's so much easier.
