I bought this to interface my laptop with and older TV, but I use it mainly to record movies from my satellite receiver (HDMI out). It gives me consistently good quality (within the limits of composite). The composite output of my receiver, by contrast, is prone to color fluctuations. Oh, and with the older TV, it performed equally well. 5 |

I needed extra ports beyond my 5 port modem and purchased this switch. It does exactly what I needed it for; to access the internet on another computer and a smart TV. I plugged in an Ethernet cable from the modem to the switch, plugged in Ethernet cables from the switch to the computer and smart TV, plugged in the power cord from the switch to an electrical outlet, turned them all on and voila! Plug and Play internet access. No configuration needed, just plug in and go! I highly recommend this product!!! 5 |

purchased with one satellite since I have two story home...no more issues with home internet. I also work from home and probably push 30-40 devices with no issues. I had an old Nighthawk w/ extender that just wasn't enough for what I use. Only thing I didn't like was the setup instructions, wasn't as easy and flawless at all.
