We needed this battery for an existing server room UPS. We received the battery in 2 days (free shipping), and it was installed the very next morning. Easy and works as expected. B&H remains one of our company's most preferred vendors.

This was an exact OEM replacement for the battery in our CyberPower UPS. Price was good and shipping was free and very quick. The battery was nicely packaged to prevent damage in shipping. Of course only time will tell how long this replacement battery will last. The original lasted 4-5 years so hoping to get the same out of the replacement.

The Walkstool is a very well designed and engineered product. Fits into my well padded Gitzo GC-4101 bag / pouch which accommodates a systematic tripod and Manfrotto 486 RC2 head with room to spare. For me as an active 82 year old timer photo hobby this is a wonderful combination. I can set my self up near the shore and watch the water fowl do their thing and shoot away all day. I was concerned ordering a 60 pound UPS. The last one I received last year arrived in shambles. The styrofoam casing was in a thousand pieces and the LCD screen was busted. Not B&H's fault. All UPS providers have flimsy boxes. This was slightly better than before. The shipping box was torn in several places. I expected a demolished UPS. However the UPS was an indestructable solid hunk of metal. APC even had a solid metal box screwed on top of the screen to protect it. So the box didn't survive but the UPS was fine. It is a bit noisy but all online UPS's are noisy. I just put it in the adjoining room and ran a long power cable. Problem solved. The power chute software is poor. APC has never had decent software. Fortunately, I don't need it. I will find something 3rd party. Bottom line. This is a wonderful UPS, solidly built, like a tank. As always B&H is great. I ordered overnight and it was late. They refunded the shipping costs automatically. B&H is the best. They stand behind what they sell.

I'd never bought an apple box except locally, but with free shipping, it was a no brainer. It was still $-$ cheaper than the 2 places here that sell them. On top of that, since I'm not in NY, no sales tax.The Matthews boxes are my favorite, I like the build quality, and just because I have others, as well as used many others, I've just gotten really used to the oval handles and the space between the ovals (the handles)...so it feels familiar...I like it so much better than the rectangular handles, but that's probably just me. They're very sturdy.

This Trackball Mouse has really upgraded my ability to use my laptop. I find that it is far easier to employ the Trackball Mouse with one hand to manage my laptop's screen than the combination of a touch screen and touch pad. I only selected the white model because it put me over the minimum required for free shipping. Seems that the identical device in black was priced a dollar less than the white model and did not trigger free shipping. Go figure....
