I have been scanning tax and other documents and then shredding them to free up space in our safe. I've been using an Epson flatbed scanner until I purchased the DS-410. I would have taken me at least 30 minutes to scan what I've just finished but with the DS-410, less than 5 minutes. And the DS-410 can do both sides at the same time and save as .pdf file. 5 |

I use this product for selling 4x6 protraits to my clients. I shoot alot of seniors and sell them a 4x6 print of each pose for them to make a high school senior memory book, they all love it. I had the first picturemate printer sold and used it until I wore it out and had to get a new one, and am now using it everyday. It is the best printer I have tried and I wouldn't want any other kind. I have tried several different brands but this seems to run the cheapest and do the best quality. I don't think there is anything bad I can say about this product and I have used it fo about 4 years regularly in my business. I also end up buying extra paper to go along with the printpack because there seems to always be more ink than paper so it really prints cheap. It's a great deal. 5 |

I had to replace the DC cable that comes with it. Called up manufacture and they replaced it for free. Cant complain about that. 5 |
