The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! I'm a freelance journalist and one of the things I do to raise my profile is on-site interviews when stories break out. When I went online to purchase lighting equipment; one of the things I was looking for was something that was lightweight, durable, and stayed relatively cool after being on for a while. The Dracast LED1000 fit all three categories. It's really easy to take on the go and despite some rough treatment it still works perfectly. Even though it's a pretty powerful light, I was still able to stand under it for hours on end. I'm glad I got it.

We use this for a laptop when on the road doing accounting at clients.

I've used this tri-pod at my main job and it works so well that I got it as my freelance tripod as well. The detachable plate works well for ease of access to getting the camera on and off and the pan is smooth. The high position of the tilt doesn't work as well for a camera like mine that extends over the edge but there is still enough room that I can usually access it without bumping my dslr.

Beautiful, clear, text and numbers. In accounting we want clarity above all else. We always get it with the HP LaserJet series!

I have not had these stands very long but from my experience in the freelance world these stands are better than anything I used while freelancing.
