Like many, my computer is in the bedroom. Late night sessions meant hunting for keys by the light of the monitor and keying slowly to keep the noise down. More time wasted than productive. It became obvious a new keyboard would be needed. This one met all requirements for an acceptable price. It was a pleasant surprise when it arrived. It's solidly built. Despite its thinness it has a surprising weight that prevents it from shifting around under fast typing. Its laptop-style keys require less travel and finger extension, which suits me fine. The illumination is mostly uniform and is controlled with a dedicated key (four levels of intensity). I didn't bother to install the included software because the extra media functions weren't needed and because it's Windows-only. Al-in-all I am perfectly satisfied. Be aware that this keyboard is not for gamers, but for those who might prefer a laptop-style keyboard-- typists. 5 |

Turned my iPad into a small laptop computer and protects the iPad at the same time. Keyboard lights up to make seeing keys at night a breeze. It also attaches magnetically which makes it easy to remove for reading in portrait mode. Trackpad is very smooth to the touch, very close to my MacBook Pro. We use the product for a laptop computer and printer ID system. The case is big enough to accomodate our entire system. The handle and wheels make it easy to transport. It is rock solid and I don't have to worry about anything getting broken. 5 |
