Front Load Washer Tension Spring Expander Tool

Does what it says. This has a spring in them so the tension on the screw is very nice.

A very handy tool for the removal of the narrowest filters and expander rings.

It works great. The tension spring is very strong. I just don't lock my hard drive in all the way.

These seem reasonably well made given the exceptionally low price-point. We'll see how they hold up under regular use. The spring tension is rather tight (a good thing), and getting them on your camera might be a challenge. I ended up using a small screwdriver blade (see photo), which really helped. Insert the RIGHT side of the open clip by pushing straight down on camera body.

Build quality: 5 out of 5 Accessories: 5 out of 5 Ease of use/install: 5 out of 5 After three weeks of daily use, the Rose PSA1 has not disappointed. The spring tension is high enough to suspend my NT1-A at any position without issues or hassle.

This cap is as good as (or better than) any that I've seen from Canon, Nikon or Tamron. Good firm spring tension and precise fit.

Very effective. I was initially skeptical of the spring tension system, but I have found it to be very useful. The head is very sturdy, I actually was in a situation where I had a time critical shot amd was switching from wide-angle to telephoto and couldn't afford to take the plate off the camera and put it on the tripod collar, so I just attacked a 70-200 f/2.8L to a 1D (mkIII) and it held, no problem. It also is very stable even with the 1D in vertical, and the Spring system makes the motion smooth and gentle on the Camera.

I purchased this #QL-I Leveler to use under a pan & tilt head, and a spotting scope to get a level horizon when digiscoping, and to quickly level an angled spotting scope. Very nice quality, and fit and finish. Excellent fast locking & unlocking lever! But! Only two thing's I'm not really crazy over! The release lever being orange in color. (A black, or grey lever would match many more tripod top spider/apex colors! And match many, many more ball heads, and pan & tilt head colors!). A more neutral color would seem more appropriate? The second thing? I'm not too crazy over: is the tension spring, and adjusting nut being so exposed! They should have some kind of plastic snap over cover, covering this spring and nut tension fixture! It would fit in better with the overall nice, flowing lines of this fine leveling unit! At first I was not pleased at all with this seemingly out of place tension spring & nut setup! But! After using the excellent fast lock, and release lever multiple times? It works SO well. I decided to forgo my personal taste for an overall; pleasing, flowing design, and color! Perfect functionality out ways all else in my book! So much so, that I have ordered several more for several other of my tripod's, and spotting scope setup's! (I am a Birding Guide, and a Sport Optic's specialist with many spotting scope setups for Demo use!). And yes! The price is a little steeper at $90.00 then other similar leveling heads! But; I guess all thing's considered? This item is worth the extra cost because of it's excellent functionality!

Really liking this tripod. The fluid head has three vertical and three horizontal tension settings and 5 spring tension settings. The action is smooth and the legs are steady. I am recommending this to my colleagues.

The set knob has a spring to keep it in tension. Very strong grip. Has 4 rubber grip knobs to keep stuff from twisting.
