Fuji Mirrorless Camera Models

As a users of Fuji mirrorless cameras know, spare batteries are essential as the battery life on models such as the x-e1 can be pretty short. Fuji's own batteries are rather pricey and this is a good alternative. 5 |

I was making the move from a digital all-in-one (and phone camera) to a mirrorless camera, and the reviews of this one really got me to look it over. I am so glad that I did! The Micro 4/3rds system makes it so much smaller and more portable than full frame systems, and Canon includes so many helpful ways for a novice to learn while taking pictures with this model. The 'scene' and 'AP' modes start you with presets for taking certain types of photos, and the Info button can be used to toggle on or off a helpful blurb about almost every option. The lens options for this camera are also fantastic. There are so many great lenses out there, and the prices AND size/weight of them is so much more reasonable than larger camera models. The OM-D E-M10 is not for a professional photographer (though the higher end models certainly seem to be) but for someone who aspires to be a more serious hobby photographer, I think it's a GREAT way to launch. 5 |

This is my first Fuji Camera and first mirrorless. My last camera was a Nikon entry-level DSLR around 10 years old. It was time for an upgrade. This camera is compact but packs a big punch. I'm amazed by how much you can customize through the settings. Taking some time looking through the menus and exploring the settings before you take it out makes a world of difference. I also took some time to create my own custom film sims which makes shooting so much fun and creative. I practice film photography and having this digital option with somewhat traditional dials complements my film practice perfectly. 5 |

This was my first Fuji camera and I love it so much; I have bought two other Fuji models. One of the great things about the Fuji cameras is how much they are set up like the early manual cameras. Buttons and dials all in convenient locations and easy to navigate menus. I got rid of the 16-80 lens due to not being very sharp and replaced it with the very heavy but incredibly sharp Fuji 16-55mm f/2.8 RLM WR lens - a fantastic combination. I have zero interest in shooting video, and for a still photographer the X-T5 is fantastic. 5 |

I bought this bag for my mirrorless Fuji camera and lenses. Most camera bags I’ve used in the past were too large and cumbersome. This one fits my frame really nicely and is easy to use. 5 |

I keep a mirrorless camera system (Fuji XT-1) in the bag along with a zoom lens, an H4N recorder, an Apple MacBook Air and back up batteries, cables. It's a snug fit, a perfect fit. That's all in the main chamber. The bag is stylish and very easy to get in and out of quickly. This is easily the best photography bag that I have ever owned, to boot, it does not look like a photo bag and thus does not attract unpleasant attention when you are in situations where looking like a photographer or tourist is undesirable. 5 |

I've used this kit for a few months now with no issues. I use a small mirrorless camera (Fuji X Pro2) to scan and the riser is more than adequate. I like the camera attachment method so I can actually tighten the camera down tight so it won't swivel or rotate on the screw. The Light Source 35 was super bright and even. I've recently upgraded only because I wanted to scan 120 film too. 5 |

I have been a long time slr/dslr user before getting into mirrorless over the last few years. I tried Olympus, Sony, and Canon mirrorless as well, but Fuji seems to fit me best due to the user experience. I also own an XT3 and X100F, but this is the first camera I have purchased new in a while. I usually purchase used, simply b/c everyone seems to try to "upgrade" every other year, while I tend to stick with what I like. I bought new, because the few models out there used were not much cheaper than new. coming from OVFs, I love the option to go either way; and Fuji is the only one to offer this. I love the simplistic layout, and never really used to "chimp" anyway, so this hasn't changed. Auto focus with Fuji primes appears to be just as good as on the XT3, which is more than good enough for me. Colors are wonderful, everyone considering Fuji knows about the jpeg options, Dual card slots is a big plus. At the time I purchased, only Dura black was available, so I went with it. It's a personal choice whether you want to pay the extra $200; personally, I doubt the different paint is worth it, but I already love the Dura coating, and actually like the fact that fingerprints darken this thing up quick. The rumors on that are true, and if that bothers you, just go with the standard black or you'll be reaching for the microfiber at every use. I think this is pricey for an aps-c sensor, but it's really the features of the camera, namely the ovf/evf option (has to factor into the cost), that made me pull the trigger. As long as it holds up to use, I feel it's worth it. 5 |
