This will remain on my new X100V except when I feel I need the FUJI lens hood with the adapter ring. It is well made and the silver color is a perfect match to my beautiful new silver X100V. I use the excellent Fuji clear protector filters on my other Fuji lenses, and I see no loss of image quality with this filter in place even though its not made by Fuji. Highly Recommended. 5 |

I love my X100V. Same quality as other Fuji X cameras and just soooo portable. I bought it so I would always cary it with me for everyday photography. Something to elevate the quality of my images from what my iPhone can do and not as heavy as my GFX 50R. I cary it with me 95% of the time... Easy to use and feature rich, same software as my other Fuji cameras. One of the best features is the leaf shutter, it is just so, so quiet. Almost imperceptible once you turn off the artificial sound simulation (I don't understand why this is the default setting). It took me some trial and error before settling for an appropriate hood. The one from Fuji works well but it can be easily twisted out of the ring... I went for a round design for a more ordinary look (less Leica M). 5 |

The Fuji X100V requires a filter in order to make the camera weather resistant. The NiSi filter does that while still allow you to keep the standard X100 lens cap. If you use a standard, the X100V lens cap can no longer be used. Filter also looks great on the camera and feels like an integral piece to the lens system. 5 |
