Great Product, wish it had better manuals, but overall its and excellent product.

Works great out of the box.� The manuals leave something to be desired, but if you are buying these you know your way around a camera and flash system.� It is nice to not have to flip through menus to change flash settings - I bought the controller too.� With my OLD D7000 I was up and running in 10 minutes flat, with 2 completely independent flash groups!� And, it is inexpensive to boot!

I am utilizing the Small Packing Cube to store additional Camera accessories, manuals, lens cleaning kit as well as additional camera bag partitions. Fits neatly inside my 65L Duffelpack with Large Camera Cube V2 and Tech Pouch.

Well camera and lens was well packed with all accessories and manuals. So good so far... as for using this camera KIT, it's quite simple for beginners to use auto functions and even for professionals this camera will be perfect (hey, even in some National Geographic PRO photographers uses Canon 50D). A lens is really ok for starters, use it and after a while you will know exactly what you want. Maybe the EW-78BII lens hood would be great addition to this KIT, but it's Canon's decision.

This bag is great-I have one DSLR camera body (Pentax K20D, fits with lens attached), one extra lens, a smaller digital camera, and the accompanying manuals, cords, UV filters, extra battery, memory cards, etc. All of it fits very nicely in this bag, with some room to spare. I agree with the other reviewers about the clasps on the front being slightly difficult at times, but it's not a huge detractor for me. The shoulder strap is very comfortable and does not slip. The worn canvas looks great, and seems very waterproof (haven't taken it out in the weather yet to test it, though). It fits snuggly against your hip and is not too bulky and not heavy. One small issue is that some manuals don't fit in the zipper pocket in the top flap, but again, not a deal breaker. I also like the smaller hand strap option.

It works as it is supposed to. You have to supply your own power source which is a bummer. It seems many camera manufacturers are cheaping out now with no manuals and fewer accessories.

These are in the Cecily, if not for UV glare, but to protect the lens coating. Camera lens manuals, will tell you not to over clean it because the coating is absolutely microscopic and from the rubbing off of dirt and dust particles, you can greatly reduce effectiveness. Those coatings keep the inner lens surfaces from reflecting upon each other. If I get super abscessed with maximum quality I simply unscrew this lens filter, but as a 15 year pro New York advertising fashion photographer, the filter is in the Cecily to protect that lens surface. The UV can help lessen glare
