Fujifilm Camera Remote Manual

I upgraded from a Fujifilm X-T100 to this X-T30. This camera is absolutely amazing if you shoot in manual or in automatic. I personally use manual. The controls are easy to use and placed in such a way that allows the photographer to easily adapt to shots on the fly. This camera should satisfy any pro, or beginning photographer who is looking for quality and ease of control. If you travel and need to pack-a lightweight camera this fits the bill. I will not be looking for a upgrade for a very longtime.

Very sharp and lightweight lens. I use on a Fujifilm X-E2. Makes a Beautiful Bokeh. The manual focus is really, REALLY slow (but i dont know if it is a camera or lens problem.)For example, Fujifilm X-E2 has the option of Standard autofocus (really fast!), continuous autofocus (for film) or the manual autofocus. The manual autofocus i use pressing the AF-L button - on the back) wich is great and really fast! BUT if i use the focus ring on the lens, then i need to rotate almost two full times to go from the nearest point to the farthest point.As i said, i dont know if it a camera problem, or the lens. Apart from that, the lens is GREAT!

Works great for a manual lens on my Fujifilm X-S10. Was surprised when camera body was able to give accurate exposure in auto!!!! Don't need to carry around a light meter with this combo!mThis lens is light but well made. Great glass gives sharp images!

The FUJIFILM RR-100 Remote Release works very well.

This little remote works great! I loved that you could easily set it up (reaing the camera manual on the setting you need) and you are able to shoot with the remote seconds after getting it! It works great...and I am very happy with this. It is a line of sight type remote..with the infrared beam, so that would be the only downfall. But the ones that are radio controlled were much more money... so I really like this one for the ease and affordability.

Yes, with the new X-TTL firmware (available at no extra charge) now you have remote TTL to your off-camera flashes. Notice that the TTL compatible Cactus flash is the RF-60X (Updated to the latest firmware version). Remote TTL is working like charm with SONY flashes. Also, you can mix TTL and Manual flashes on same arrangement. Just use different groups for TTL and Manual flashes.

This electronic remote control is a must have for everyone. 100% better than a manual shutter release. Just point it at the camera and press. It's so small and light the only possible down side is it could get lost in your bag but the included case helps prevent that. A must have for every tripod shot.

I wasn't ready yet to spring for the complicated Godox remote TTL system, but I still wanted something simple and not too expensive to begin honing some twilight tripod work and remote wildlife skills. After reading some reviews stating the unit wouldn't work but deciding to get this anyway, I downloaded the owner's manual that B&H conveniently provides on this product page, and I read it before delivery. This product looks intuitive, and for the most part it is, but the consumer still needs to read through the manual at least once to understand where the snafus are. Even so, I still made one snafu, which I couldn't figure out how to correct until I went back a re-read the manual. When the instructions say to plug your remote receiver cable into your camera and then turn the camera on, well, that's what you need to do. Your camera needs to be off first, you wire up the unit, then you turn your camera on. The unit would not work until I did, well, exactly what the instructions said to do --exactly -- and then the unit worked perfectly. The remote focused and fired my camera while I was standing next to it. It focused and fired my camera when I was ten feet away. It worked when I went back into my home, brewed a cup of coffee, and sat behind a plane of glass sixty feet away. Now if I could only tell the birds where to perch.

Love this remote, had to read manual with camera to utilize it fully but once I understood it works great.

The remote connected immediately as per camera manual instructions (OM-1). Works well, both wireless with OM-1, and wired to OM-D mk II &III. The wireless works at least 25 feet (not exact measurement). When using wired, be sure to assign video release to the main shutter button instead of the red button which is factory preset. Select video mode on the top dial. Wonderful accessory.
