[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received FUJIFILM QUICKSNAP FLASH 400 in exchange for my honest review. I was excited when I received this camera. It is small and light to carry, easy to use, and did a great job. It comes with 27 takes and then you have to get the film development. It is amazing!!

The camera captured moments with a charming vintage aesthetic that I absolutely adore. It's incredibly easy to use, making it perfect for spontaneous adventures and events. The compact design and lightweight nature of the camera make it convenient to carry around, ensuring that no moment goes uncaptured. The quality of the prints is impressive, with vivid colors and a nostalgic appeal. I bought this case to hold my new Fujifilm waterproof Finepix XP130 in my lifejacket pocket for a 7 day in the bush canoe trip in the Lake Kipawa region in Quebec Province. I liked the design because it seemed to offer the most physical protection with minimal material that would stay wet if it got soaked in the rain or a dumping. I used the caribiner clip to have the camera on me in camp when I wasn't wearing my lifejacket. I'd replace the plastic one with one that is easier to unhook from my belt loop. The draw-string worked well to keep the camera secure when needed. I stored an extra SD card in the bottom in a small Ziploc type bag. I liked the case for this type of trip.

If you like the 35mm focal length and you have a Fujifilm Camera, this is a lens to consider. Good sharpness, easy to manual focus but also very quick auto focus as well. A very nice walk-around prime lens.

I recently bought a Fujifilm X-Pro 3 along with the XF 23mm f/2 and the XF 35mm f/2. I've only had them for a short time but I really enjoy using them. I have a Canon 1 Ds mk 3 with a wide assortment of lenses. But I wanted a camera a camera I could carry with me whenever I leave home. The X-Pro 3 is perfect for this. It's a delight to use.

I recently decided to go back to using a digital Leica (M-262) as my primary camera. I was able to afford the purchase by selling my FujiFilm digital kit. To be honest, my cameras were several years old and getting a little long in the tooth. I figured I should sell them before they were worth pennies. I still own a Leica M6 35mm film camera and the most amazing FujiFilm X-100F digital camera. I already own two Leica lenses, a 1970 50mm f2 Summicron and a 90mm 2.4 Summarit. I felt the need for a faster lens. I already owned the Voigtlander 35mm 1.4 Nokton Classic which has great image and build quality so I eagerly awaited the release of the Voigtlander Nokton 50mm 1.2. This lens was anticipated to be an amazing alternative to the very expensive Leica 50mm lenses. I purchased my lens from B&H Photo in New York. I have always had good luck purchasing from them as they are very trustworthy and reputable. My Lens arrived new and amazingly well constructed as I expected. I do wish the lens came with the matching hood and maybe a dust pouch or bag. It just came in standard protective box and packaging (yawn). I think they are missing the mark by not adding some updated presentation packaging. I have found the lens to be very sharp and has a very nice Bokeh. Any lack of sharpness has been caused by being out of practice with the manual focus rangefinder, my eyes starting to age, astigmatism in my dominant eye and my now use of the dreaded spectacles. I am amazed at the image quality and construction of the Voigtlander. I have owned many 50mm lenses from different manufacturers to include the Canon 50mm L 1.2 and I have to say that this little guy (Voigtlander) takes the cake. It has amazing character to it.
