Fujifilm S3100 Digital Camera User Manual

2024-06-06 03:25:52

Did a lot of research into what to get for my first proper digital piano, and so far very happy with going with the PX-S3100. Was considering the FP30X as the biggest competitor, along with the P125, DGX670B, and ES120. But for the price ($750) and all the extra sounds, I'm happy I went with the PX-S3100. Build quality feels solid, it feels and sounds like an analog piano. Also honestly part of the reason I went with it was that it just looks a whole lot nicer than the competition. And it's noticeably smaller and lighter than some of the competition too (looking at you DGX670B). If you're dead set on the most similar experience to an analog piano than the FP30X is probably want you want. But after playing it, I think there's a reason there only seems to be a single guy who is complaining so much about the key feel while everyone else considers itself perfectly fine. So if you're looking for a really impressive beginner/intermediate digital piano for under $800, this is really what you want and I'm glad I went with it.

I couldn't be more happy with my switch over to mirrorless/Fujifilm (previous Nikon user). Excellent performance and handling (I love the tactile shutter/ISO/exposure/aperture settings), and a wonderful feeling in the hand. It has great out of camera JPEGs suitable for casual social media/web use, but I still shoot RAW+JPEG in case I want to make more detailed tweaks. This camera has encouraged me to go out and create every day, and I look forward to improving my photography skills even further with the X100V.

As a long time user of Fujifilm cameras, starting with the F100, I have been using the X-T series since the first one was released. This latest iteration is an amazing step up in performance. Positives: 1. Auto focus is fast and accurate. Those phase detection pixels covering virtually the entire picture field are amazing. 2. The EVF is clean, clear and refreshes very quickly giving you the best of what and EVF can provide. I now prefer it to my pure optical view finders on my other conventional DSLRs. 3. The whole camera feels more responsive. 4. Although not primarily a videographer, this camera does take very high quality video with exceptional focus and eye tracking. 5. It costs less than the X-T2 did at launch. 6. Controls are less likely to move when removing from camera bag (diopter adjustment locked, stiffer springs on controls etc.) Negatives: 1. I cannot use my X-T2 vertical handgrip. 2. Very slightly worse noise at high ISOs. Not really noticeable but still there. 3. Nothing else. Highly recommended.

I upgraded from a Fujifilm X-T100 to this X-T30. This camera is absolutely amazing if you shoot in manual or in automatic. I personally use manual. The controls are easy to use and placed in such a way that allows the photographer to easily adapt to shots on the fly. This camera should satisfy any pro, or beginning photographer who is looking for quality and ease of control. If you travel and need to pack-a lightweight camera this fits the bill. I will not be looking for a upgrade for a very longtime.

Very sharp and lightweight lens. I use on a Fujifilm X-E2. Makes a Beautiful Bokeh. The manual focus is really, REALLY slow (but i dont know if it is a camera or lens problem.)For example, Fujifilm X-E2 has the option of Standard autofocus (really fast!), continuous autofocus (for film) or the manual autofocus. The manual autofocus i use pressing the AF-L button - on the back) wich is great and really fast! BUT if i use the focus ring on the lens, then i need to rotate almost two full times to go from the nearest point to the farthest point. As i said, i dont know if it a camera problem, or the lens. Apart from that, the lens is GREAT!

Works great for a manual lens on my Fujifilm X-S10. Was surprised when camera body was able to give accurate exposure in auto!!!! Don't need to carry around a light meter with this combo!mThis lens is light but well made. Great glass gives sharp images!

I love my Kodak PIXPRO FZ55 Digital Camera (Blue)!!!! I give it a 5 star rating!!!!! I love the color of Blue!!!! I just have to learn how to use it. The only thing that I did not like was IT DID NOT HAVE AN OWNER'S MANUAL with it!!! Why do you not include a Owner's Manual????? How are you to learn about the camera & how to use it if there is no manual????? Otherwise I love it!!!! Include an owner's manual with each camera so customers can learn how to operate their new cameras!!!!!

Thanks to the camera advisor at B&H I own the beautiful Fujifilm X-T20 camera. Although I have a super zoom digital this is my first semi-professional digital camera. My kit includes the compact 18mm - 55mm lens and I purchased the the slower compact 55mm - 200mm to round out my system. This lens is a worthy addition. Please note that it is a manual lens that will not communicate with this camera. To use remember to: GO TO SETTINGS - SETUP (wrench icon) - BUTTON/DIAL SETTING -SHOOT WITHOUT LENS- and turn ON. Reverse after you finish shooting. Great lens, great price, thanks again B&H...

I started out with digital but have gone back to film for the colors and process. I find that I shoot a lot less but score more keepers when I’m shooting film. With digital, I end up with too many photos and less keepers. Something about the mindset. However, with the X-Pro3, I find myself shooting as if I’m shooting film. This is the closest thing you get without actually shooting film. This camera is a beast. It’s Fujifilm’s most sacred camera. They fund the development of this camera with their other mainstream cameras like the X-T3. It’s like how Porsche treats their 911. The OVF is a blast to use, especially with the Fujicrons (f2 lenses). Mine is glued to the XF 35 f2; no blockage in the viewfinder. The OVF allows you to live the moment a little more authentically because it’s pretty much real life, unaltered. I’m glad I got the Dura Black because I feel this camera will be with me for a long time. I may even pass it on to my kids. This is Fujifilm’s most proud camera.
