Fujitsu Inverter Flashing Lights

flashing lights indicate charge level roughly. 5 |
Victor Lightworship | 2024-06-09 09:57:30 |
Does its job. I like how the flashing of the lights lets you know where you are in the charge cycle. 5 |
Bitter Jester | 2024-07-09 01:28:31 |
Works great. The flashing lights are an easy way to see how the charge is progressing. 5 |

I have a variety of LED lights from GVM (GVM -600S LED Ring Light shown in the pictures and also the GVM LS-P80S) that do not run on battery, only the ac adapter. I was hoping to find an inverter that could run these lights so I could use them outdoors with a battery. I found the Kondor Blue SPARK 150 D-TAP TO AC POWER SUPPLY (https://www.bhphotovideo.com/c/product/1537911REG/kondor_blue_kb_caja150w_spark_150_d_tap_to.html). Now I just needed a v-mount battery. Did a quick search and saw that GVM had one at a great price. I've always been very happy with GVM's products, so I bought it. I'm happy to report it works great! I've attached pics of the battery with the inverter and the working light. I am also happy with the other added features in this battery. I love that it has led indicators visualizing the amount of charge left on the battery. This is super helpful when working in the field by not only knowing when a battery is losing its charge, but also when you need to replace one quickly and don't want to mix it up with a battery that is already spent. Just tap the display and you instantly know the battery is charged. Other nice additions to this battery are the ports provided. I expected the d-tap but am very happy to have a usb outlet also. This can be very helpful. Not only to charge phones if need be, but also any other accessory that runs/charges by usb. Like some other batteries and lights. This is a great bonus. Overall, I am super happy with the purchase because it not only works, but also has added features that will come in handy. One last thing, I love that it comes with its own charger. You can never have too many charging options. 5 |

I keep the Poly-Steel 700 in my truck because of the fact it has the red flashing light on it. If I would have trouble I can just turn it on and stick it to the truck since it also has a magnet. It has the zoom on the front end and all the lights are bright. I have several Coast lights and all of them are high quality and well designed. I will always be a Coast customer. The warranty and customer service is second to none. 5 |

Works as advertised! Portable, flashing lights with a high squeal! Just pull out the pin if one has to do small piece of mind! Better to have it than not! Safety with it! 5 |

I own or have owned every light known to man. (ok, slight exaggeration). I currently have the Gemini Soft, Gemini Hard. and Kino Freestyle LEDs of a variety of sizes. Never mind Apurtures and Nanlites plus a few of them lightweight flexible led panels. But when I need a fast and simple setup, I always got back to these Astra Softs. And when I look at the image, I wonder why I went and bought all those other expensive fixtures. Just today I shot a multicamera interview for ABC's new show Impact with the U.S Attorney investigating the Matthew Perry case and because going thru security was so complicated and time was of essence, I chose to bring these lights instead. I loved the picture to much I wondered to myself why I keep buying these way more expensive fancy lights. And the beauty of these is that I can fly them with a micro 150 battery and because I rarely have to turn them up all the way, they will last the length of some of these long interviews no problem. I did notice on this thread some folks complaining about these lights failing them, and have heard similar complaints from other Astras too. I have never had any issues with these or my other Astras, but that's likely because I read the instructions that clearly state you should dim the lights all the way down before you turn them on, wait until the flashing green light stops flashing, and then dim up at your heart's desire. And always before I turn them off, I dim them down all the way, as not to forget. That might be the secret. I see people using them wrong all over the place. 5 |
