Easy to use. Great for headshots and with the right depth of field you can do complete upper body shots. It's lightweight l and I love the fact it's reversible. I originally was going to use the lighter gray side. But after setting up 2 point lighting I realized the darker side helped my subjects pop out more. The only thing I recommend is either you make sure your subject and backdrop have enough separation to where the backdrop is blurred out. Or before traveling with it you steam it and make sure any hard set wrinkles are gone. Other than that I would definitely buy another of these backdrops. 5 |

I needed a durable and easy backdrop to use for on location headshots. I have other Lastolite products and appreciate the quality. I setup and teardown hundreds of times in a year and have found their build holds up. I combined this backdrop with the small interfit backdrop support and the combo makes a light and quick setup. To be clear this is only large enough for half body to headshots. Not full body portraits unless children. See my sample image showing the backdrop suspended on the interfit support. The client is approximately 6 feet from the backdrop to avoid light spill. Behind the client is speedlight on short stand to make the white background clean. Key light on umbrella to right of client and white reflector on his left, both just out of frame. 5 |
