Good Camera with tough body and got waterproof

I have been looking for a camera to record my motorcycle rides, but didn't want to pay full go-pro price. This camera met all my requirements and does in fact record 1080p. I was able to use the included mounts to configure a mount on my motorcycle handlebars and another on my car dash. I can swap the camera between the two mounts very quickly. I like the removable battery, I can swap batteries which can extend the recording time on long motorcycle trips where I may not be able to power/charge the battery while using it. All around Fantastic!

I use this product as part of a hard core motorcycle luggage system. Being waterproof, durable, lockable, top loading and just the right size it is ideal for this. It also has a best in the industry telescoping handle system and wheels for easy moving to and from bike. The wheels could be bigger for carpet or rough terrain.

I bought this case to use on the back of my motorcycle. It's lockable, exactly the size of the rack it is mounted on, and waterproof. What more could I want. I bolted it to the rack to allow secure storage for the things I can't take everywhere I go. With this case, I can leave the bulky touring bags at home and travel light. This provides secure storage for my GPS when I must park the bike. As a bonus, the interior of the case is exactly the size of a magazine, so it is good for carrying books and magazines. Finally, it provides a perfect carrier for my camera so that I have it with me wherever I go.

I got these cases to use as paniers on my motorcycle. They are a cheap alternative to aluminum paniers which can cost around $400.00 each.$ They are waterproof, duable and garanteed for life. If you break it, just send it back, and Pelican will give you a new one. B&H had the best price around on these cases and i received them in three days at a normal shipping level. Overall a great purchase all the way around.

Use this as top case carrier for commuting via motorcycle. Can carry laptop and suit in waterproof case. When I arrrive at work, I simply take it off the bike, pop up the handle and wheel it behind me. Perfect.

I've found this recorder is much more useful than a wireless lav setup since you don't need to mess around getting a signal into your camera. On a full battery you can record all day. As a director I use a loud whistle, hanging around my neck, to signal the beginning of a scene. These spikes in volume are easy to spot in DAW or a video editing timeline.
