Full Sail University Recording Studio

I currently attend Full Sail University and have been using my shotgun mic to help pick up a better sound quality for my documentary i am shooting. The capability of this mic is exactly what i was looking for and is very simple to piece together. RODE is a reliable mic that is fairly easy for anybody to use and has all the pieces I required to assemble on my Canon 5D and GL2

A parabolic umbrella is fantastic when you are only using 1 light source. I have tried using full size umbrellas in a small studio, but I find they are too big and very difficult, but the Angler Para-Sail Parabolic Umbrella White with Removable Black/Silver really acts big in small places and is so simple to move around because of the shape. The Angler Para-Sail price is less than a third of what I paid for other reflector umbrellas. So if you have a restricted sized space, the Angler Para-Sail parabolic umbrella will be a cost effective solution for producing soft and beautiful light without sacrifice..... Pros Great soft light Easy to open set up and to position Key is the even light it produces in small or large area Worked great in a smaller garage/studio and at the park Quality well built product to last for years Cons The shape outside made the shadows a bit more challenging Bottom line: I loved both 45 60 units. They were not as difficult as working with the big full size umbrella and easier to control and ended up with great finished images.

In my opinion, these headphones are the perfect headphones for live events and studio recording. Great full sound, is lightweight, and folds nicely.

Look real good in my studio set up. This pre makes all my recording sound way better. It has a full sound and a nice top end to it. just one look at the waveform and you can tell that its capturing more of what you may want in a recording it gets a 10 for vocals so far i have done six songs with it and i look to do more and more all the time . i have no bad comments on this pre a must have as a font end If you are looking to step up from a mixer or audio interface.

I used this for a piano recording, live acoustic concert, and a video I am in the process of making for a University. It catches the lows, mids, and highs perfectly. Best audio recorder for the price out there!

I use this for green screen recording a class at a major university. I have little experience with lighting, but the components are easy to assemble. I did have to go online to get the manual for the Silverbox, but it was east to find. My video editors gave me a thumbs up for the lighting quality.
