Full Tower Case Vs Mid

This case is the best case to get if you're shopping for a mid-tower but you want 5.25 drive bays, full stop. Or, alternately, if you're doing a budget build with components from two or more generations ago and you're not super worried about heat generation. Otherwise, a mid-tower that's more airflow-optimized and has room for more fans/larger radiators like the Corsair 4000D could be a better choice. Because the fans are on the front of the case, it has a massive amount of room for a graphics card, but might struggle to pull in the air to cool a flagship. I've bought a full set of Noctua case fans and a 7900 XT for my final build (not pictured as it hasn't yet arrived, used older card for POST troubleshooting) so I might update with how the final build performs under load once it's arrived. The case was easy to build in, even for a first-time builder (with experienced supervision) like me. The velcro was a fantastic touch for cable management - I'm actually thinking about buying more somewhere and replacing some of the bread ties. The power button has a satisfying clean click, and isn't mushy. The matte black surface of my variant looks functional and clean and most importantly, is more likely to survive being hauled back and forth between apartments than tempered glass. Overall, for $80 plus $10 for the USB-C attachment, a great price for a mid-tower with 5.25 bays and massive graphics card clearance. 5 |

Terrific cooling airflow with its near-silent fans when used with a modular power supply (which minimizes wiring in the case). It offers lots of nooks and crannies to tuck wiring and drives away. (Note the front panel does not offer access to drives, so internal DVD drives or removable internal disc drives for backup won't fly, but most people no longer use these anyway.) Great washable air filtering system, apparently the mesh in the product name. I love the top-front location and design of the front panel header. It's a thoughtfully designed and solidly built case, and a very good value. While I otherwise like the supplied thumbscrews which have good heft and can also take a Philips screwdriver, I just wished they were a tad longer and had slightly sharp points; these can be difficult to secure if the two tiny holes you install these through are not lined up perfectly. The other minor issue I had is on me and more general to all mid-tower cases. While other reviewers praise the roominess inside this case, I came to this from a full-tower case, and I found installing an ATX mobo in this mid-tower like trying to work under the hood of a new car these days where everything is crammed in. Consider that a full-tower case might be easier to work with. In every other way, this case blows the side panels off my previous Cooler Master full-tower case, and of course, once the build is complete, the mid-tower PC has a smaller profile. Before ordering be sure to check the Meshify C specifications for the maximum allowable length of a video card and height of a CPU cooler against the numbers for your GPU and cooler, because some longer video cards and taller coolers will not fit some mid-tower cases; fortunately mine did, though barely. 5 |

This is a great mid-tower case. Excellent design, well made, and plenty of options for different builds. Plenty of space for modern GPUs, air coolers, and radiators. 5 |

Outstanding Mid-Tower Premium Case: Premium build quality, plenty of space to build, add components, etc. My build includes a ASUS ROG Ryujin 360 AIO, ASUS ROG Thor 850 80+ Platinum PSU, ASUS AMD AM4 ROG Strix X570-F, G.SKILL Trident Z RGB Series 32GB (4 x 8GB), SAMSUNG 970 PRO M.2 2280 1TB, AMD RYZEN 9 3900X, this is a beast of a PC, from gaming to video editing....love it! 5 |

Its a really big case for a mid-tower but it comes with both air focused and silenced focus panels. As well as a fan hub in the back that connects to the front panel io which is nice. 5 |

To put it in simple terms this is an excellent value for a mid-tower case in this price bracket. It isn't perfect in every way but there is very little not to like about it. My build is running a Ryzen 9 cpu which does run on the hot side but this case is more than capable of keeping things well within the acceptable temperature range and that's with air cooling only! You will search long and hard to find a better value than this Lian-Li case. You can't go wrong for $89.00. It's attractive AND it performs. 5 |

Needed an upgrade to Dell mid-tower case. This power supply was an easy swap. Everything lined up perfectly and had plenty of power lines for all the peripherals. Surprisingly it was easy to tuck the extra power lines out of the way behind the drives. 5 |

I bought this case because I wanted something smaller than my NZXT mid-tower case. To my surprise, I actually started getting more performance after switching to this case. I guess the lack of airflow on my previous case throttled my computer more than I realized. 5 |

This is the third Lian Li Lancool 216 RGB mid-tower case I have purchased and I find the cases to be very well designed and this gives it a very high degree of efficiency in cooling and component management. The case is roomy and easy to route cables and connectors through. The lower panels allow for superb airflow for bottom mounted fans so that the monster GPU can breathe and keep the heat in the case as low as possible. These cases are not the lightweight paper thin metal that most cases in this price range and that shows in its stout construction. Due to the build quality of the case it allows the user to experience a well constructed and quiet build. Needless to say, I like it! 5 |
