At first I used my SD card in store to try much more expensive Canon VIXIA HF G10 (around $1400) and I really liked its quality but didn't like the price. So, after some research I found that M400 as well as M40/M41 all share the same sensor etc. I selected M400 because it has no internal memory. It is much easier to insert my own SD card (even class 4 works fine) and then use it in my PC rather than use cable or copy from internal memory to SD card which in turn insert into PC. I was not able to compare VIXIA HF G10 and M400 in the same environment and same settings but generally my impression is that difference is not worth 1000 dollars unless you are professional. Yes, G10 video is sharper, but colors are the same, stabilization is the same and M400 can produce practically pro looking videos. Very good result considering its price. Also, I compared it with several other camcorders in price category below $1000. Some camcorders (like Samsung) produce amazingly sharp pictures, colors are rich, everything is perfect... except image stabilization! M400 stabilization is the best among all camcorders I tried. So, I proclaim M400 the winner $-)Low light perfomance is excellent, buy it for indoor use. Touch screen is not very sensitive, screen itself is rather too small - but the end result is very, very good for such price.Included battery is too small but it is possble to buy up to 6 hours from internet for around $20. However, 6 hour battery I bought through @ is not communicating with M400 i.e. every time I switch camcorder ON I have to confirm that I want to use this battery and time left is unavailable. Still happy because I paid just $20 including shipping. However, you may want to pay more for better quality of life. By the way, 6 hour battery visibly sticks out but improves grip a lot because thumb gets support. I hope my review was helpful :-)

This is perfect for my canon vixia hf-G10 camcorder plus all the accessories (power supply, battery charger and batteries, and cables. Very well constructed. Good protection. Would buy again.

This is the first generic battery I've bought for my Canon G10 and so far it works just like a regular Canon battery does. Very happy with my purchase and will buy from B&H again.

I do not believe I have ever reviewed a flashlight before. This one is a neat convenient package. Interesting too that it has a 9 volt battery. Works well with a rotating switch. I like it give it a try

This little flashlight packs a punch. The secret is in the 3.7 volt/ 2.4Wh 16340 with built in USB micro rechargeable port (on the battery). That battery gives this little flashlight a powerful long lasting bright beam. I'm glad that I purchased two of them. I keep one in my toolbox and the other in my car. Highly recommended.

Maybe this isn't quite what Sony had in mind for it's adapter. I use a 12 volt dc sealed cell battery, plug a 120 volt converter into that, then convert it back into dc with the Sony adapter. I do that for extreme extended battery use for astrophotography field use. It seems to work fine. There's no overheating in any part of my contraption, including the Sony Adapter.

The battery charger that came with my Canon Rebel was 110-Volt only. On a Smoky Mountain vacation, my installed battery went dead and there was simply no place to charge it. This charger allows you to charge the battery by way of the cigarette lighter. No more will a dead battery stop me from my photography and I thank the B&H people for leading me to this alternative battery charger

I use this to recharge the batteries for my Nikon D500. I have only charged two at the same time once - when I first received with two new batteries that were down to about 15%. I like the fact that it shows the capacity of the battery, each individually. There is also a port for charging a USB device (5 volt - 2A output) I have not used and it also came with a short cord to connect to the 12 volt outlet in the car so batteries can be charged on the way to or between shoots which might be necessary when using Nikon's adapter for wireless flash as it does pull the Nikon D500 battery down rather quickly.

One of the Q&A’s says the Bescor BLS50AC dummy battery adapter kit is not compatible with the Olympus E-PL9.  I asked Bescor ( answers@bescor.com ) why the kit is compatible with the Olympus OM-D E-M5/M10, but not the Olympus Pen E PL9, since all three use the same Olympus BLS-50 battery.   The response was: “It will work. Your camera just needs to be added to our list.” The Bescor is 8V 3A. The Olympus battery is 7.2V 1175 mAh (1.175A).  I did some online research to see if a device built for 7.2V could operate at 8V.  One person describing himself as an engineer posted that 7.4V Lithium batteries actually span a 6V to 8.4v voltage range depending on state of charge of the battery.  Another “senior electrical engineer” said that because all devices are designed with some voltage tolerance value, a 7.4 volt device means 7.4 volt +/- 1 to 1.5 volts.  Still other posts indicated that you can use a 3A power adapter on a 1.5A device.  By logical extension, I figured (I don’t actually know) that since the PL9 uses a 7.2 volt battery, it is probably designed to also work at 8 volts, and is also okay running at 3A. Based on the response from Bescor and the Internet voltage and amperage responses, I decided to purchase the Bescor and use it with my PL9.  I haven’t seen any sign of overheating or other problems with this setup so far, but will update this review if that changes. I did not deduct points for the need to leave the battery compartment open because I knew that would be the case when I bought it.
