Game Control Drawing

Freed from the plastic-on-glass that's drawing on bare glass, this thing is a game changer. I'm not one to follow online rants about products, but, in seeking to draw with a degree of 'traditional' feel...I watched videos, read articles and ordered, fingers crossed. Now I don't even know why I was skeptical. It's very PAPER-LIKE. The price was rather unkind, being from South Africa...exchange rate, and other glitches...but...it's worth the trouble.

Love the matte texture and resistance of this product. It makes me feel like I have more control in my drawing!

It's been said before, but I'll say it again. If you are going to be drawing on the ipad with the apple pencil, the paperlike screen protector is a game changer. It makes the transition from traditional to digital much smoother. It doesnt affect the resolution as far as I can tell. The screen protector was easy to install and if you mess up it comes with 2 so you can try again. One thing I should note though, ordering cut off my card because they are based in germany. I talked to customer service and they got me straightened out. Great product and great customer support. This screen protector will be going on all my future ipads.

A game changer for me as an artist. Introducing the iPad and pencil into my workflow and daily creativity tasks wasn't easy but has now allowed me to levitate my creative output, drawing on glass did not feel natural at all and decided I need to create that paper feel, after much research, I came across Paperlike, the reviews compared to other brands were better and a friend eventually made my choice by recommending Paperlike. Found it a little tricky to put on but I'm quite impatient! I do love it though, makes a huge difference to drawing, feels like paper and like you have more control of your apple pencil. Also helps reduce glare from the screen

I love it! I have so much more control over what I’m drawing (or sometimes writing). I was a bit disturbed at first by the way it made the iPad screen look when I was watching a video for example, because you can see like a bit of “grain”, but I got used to it super quickly and now it doesn’t bother at all anymore, + I love the mate look, and the fact that the fingerprints are so much less visible now. Definitely recommend!

I do not have a Microsoft Surface and I am using the dial on a regular PC. I am using it as a volume control, to scroll, and also to zoom when using a drawing tablet. So far so good. I love the feeling I get when using it and how cool it looks.

This offers great control for those accustomed to drawing with a pen, pencil or paintbrush. It's a great investment for any kind of artist using a computer.

Drawing on it feels much more natural than drawing on glass surface.

I have been using Elgato products since the Game Capture HD with a 2009 iMac. I used to light up my elgato green screen with a cheap USB powered LED work light set on the floor. It managed for the most part, but far from an ideal solution. The jump to the Key Light was like night and day, literally. Having full control over colour temperature and brightness made my lighting look instantly professional. Being able to control every option via the iOS app over WiFi meant the Key Light became the main source of lighting in my tiny apartment, and still is.
