I love the dynamic picture mode because the screen is so clear and sharp and some other TVs and monitors don't let you adjust the brightness for it to be as clear as this monitor. I also like the game mode and the ultrawide game view options they are very useful while gaming and allow me to keep a steady frame rate. Ultimately Samsung has provided a better monitor experience by being able to combine a world of gaming, streaming, working, and much more into one powerful monitor.

I bought this monitor for my game room and it was the best investment for a monitor in which has Samsung news and also I can watch my streaming on here too. It a win win. I used my computer and PS4 Pro and Xbox Series X and it's bring out the colors in video game. And on the work side the PC and desktop look is very vibrant. Awesome BUY.

After spending several days using this monitor for my gaming experience as well as using it for design work, I can honestly say that this is one of the best monitors that I have ever used. Games like Forza, Call of Duty, Fortnite and several others have never looked this good or played this well on other monitors that I have owned. This Samsung OLED monitor provides deep blacks and very accurate colors. It offers a great response time during gaming and up to 240Hz refresh rate. It comes with a plethora of apps for streaming content up to 4K HDR. It comes with a remote that has a solar panel built-in for charging. This makes getting to the settings and content a lot easier than your standard monitor. The Samsung G8 monitor also offers a Customized Picture Mode, Slim Bezel Design, Back lighting, FreeSync Premium Pro, Game Bar, and a Game Hub. The stand is very pleasing to look at, built well and is very sturdy. Anyone looking or needing to upgrade their current monitor, this offers everything that you will ever need. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Similar to getting my first Galaxy smartwatch, I had no idea how much the additional features of a smart monitor would improve every day life. Sure, I use it for work and the screen resolution is crispy and clear. Samsung monitors last forever, which is why I keep coming back for more. But it's also now having a TV in my set up, along with video game streaming, along with streaming music, along with SmartThings remote control, along with.... I think you get the idea. I didn't think I would use every feature it had, just because it had so many. I have a Samsung TV, and a gaming console, and a Samsung Surround Sound system, so why would I want all of what those can do in a monitor? Because they all work together and it's now an additional option in case my wife is watching TV and I'd like to play a video game. Or I want to stream music without turning on my computer. I'd say it's a jack of all trades, but that would be doing it a disservice. It's an ace of all trades.

I have used this with Samsung SSDs 500gb transfers in about 12 minutes in Raid 1 mode.

The picture quality is BEYOND AMAZING and the sound is GREAT because this TV allows you to use BOTH your soundbar AND the TV sound simultaneously! This feature adds so much to the quality of the sound experience that I didn't even know I needed and now can't do without!!! The game mode of the TV switches automatically on when it detects a game console on an input and DRASTICALLY enhances the quality of the gaming graphics! It is UNREAL!!! Also, the frame smoothing feature is out of this world! It smoothes the changes from frame to frame and allows for super smooth and seamless frame transitions in regular TV mode AND in the game mode too! The remote is one of the coolest and most feature-filled remotes that I have EVER used! I am in LOVE with the shake the remote for a "mouse-pointer" mode and use it all the time now! My ABSOLUTE favorite feature is the Home Office/Remote PC mode under the Home menu! I bought a wireless TV keyboard JUST for this feature when I saw it and am now able to use the TV as a monitor without my computer having to be attached to it and can "work from home" without having to get out of my recliner now! It is nothing short of AMAZING!!! LG has packed so many features and upgrades into such a thin and attractive package! They have shown and shown out with this model TV!!!
