Gaming Computer Case Metal

I used this case for a new gaming build. The case is solid metal and is heavy. Not in a bad way, just solid. It is logically built, and all of the parts come off easily as you would expect. The fans run quiet (which is nice) although I haven't yet slammed the PC in a way that would jump the heat and cause the fans to ramp. The case is huge, and there is a ton of open space after the build. I'm running a ROG 790 with a Noctua NH-D15 Chromax cooler and the case is still 50% open space. Bottom line for me is that I totally dig this case and would absolutely purchase it again.

You get exactly what you're paying for here, an exceptionally well-made metal and glass computer case with room for just about everything you could want to cram into it. There are plenty to glowing reviews of this case elsewhere so I'll spare the redundant praise. The only issue I've come across I've never seen talked about elsewhere is the hard drive cages can hold heat pretty well so you can see temps approaching the upper limit of safe operating temperatures for disk drives pretty quickly. An 80mm fan on top to pull air through works well enough to keep temps down.

Hands down best computer case for my fleet of computer cases. Just right to build an all RoG gaming setup.

My GoPro Hero 7 has a metal case and the 52mm Wide Angle Metal Lens Hood fitted perfectly and helped with the glare coming into the camera. There is no vignete at all. Just perfect.

Metal. The base and case are metal, not plastic. To me, that sums up the build quality and my feelings about this monitor. Rock solid. Good color. Flexible height and portrait mode are bonuses. My only concern has been with the onboard USB ports when connected to a system that sleeps. It may just be my laptop, but it tender to bee-boop connect and disconnect randomly when computer was asleep. I'm guessing it may be a settings and USB power thing, not a chronic hardware issue so still 5 stars but I figured it worth mentioning if those ports are critical to you. Like I said, I actually put this monitor on a watch list to be back in stock because I wanted another before they improved it until I hated it! Oh. And 2k is great for giving extra height when using software with a cluttered interface full of buttons and timelines. That was why I originally purchased it. 3DS Max ate up so much screen space I wanted a pro monitor at a good price. This worked great!
