Gaming Computer So Slow

So far so good! This is my first gaming computer for design and it renders fast and high quality graphics look crisp. I like the sturdy design, colorful keyboard and strong hinges for better portability. Magnificent big screen!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I haven’t had a gaming monitor for years and this is getting back to computer gaming. Wifey approved of a desktop because she needs it for work. So why not one best for both worlds ps5/pc. So far no issues, I think it’s perfect for gaming and office use.

I bought this to use with my Windows computer when my old 5K iMac would no longer run the latest Photoshop. I had a 10-year-old ASUS ROG gaming monitor hooked up to the PC, and none of the color modes produced realistic photo color. Right out of the box, this monitor did great, except Adobe RGB was overly saturated and bright. So I bought a Calibrite (X-rite) Display Pro HL, and used that with the included Palette Master software. The calibration was easy, fast and accurate, so now my Adobe RGB mode is spot on. I only wish I had the money and space for the 27 model, as the 24 model is smaller than I had imagined. It turns out that there is a noticeable difference between 25 and 24. So I use it as part of a dual-monitor set up along with my larger gaming monitor. Otherwise, I love this monitor! It is really easy to go between different color spaces and the three saved calibrations. It's also easy to rotate between horizontal and vertical, which I do quite a bit. The HDR mode makes HDR computer games look incredible. So if you don't have the money or need for a $1,000+ photography monitor, this is a great option. If you primarily do design work, BenQ has a separate series for that without the full Adobe RGB space.

Built a new gaming computer and its fast. So i order this monitor to go with setup. Will never look back. My computer is faster than the monitor when i cut computer on. So i installed fortnite and it keeps up. I just wish i knew how to play the game. There is a lot of settings in this monitor that i have know idea what to click on. So if you are a gamer i know you will love this monitor, because colors really stand out. Keep looking on you tube for help.

After making him wait for an appropriate time, I ordered this and he was ecstatic. He is much closer to the fellows he games with and no longer yells at the screen. 2 Thumbs up from Zane!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I’m not much of a gamer, but I do a lot of design work, and also stream a lot on my ASUS Viviobook. My laptop came with 1TB and my computer guy was like you really want to switch the SSD. Of course I said yes. I haven’t noticed any lagging when computer was powered back on. Opening programs are fast and even downloading movies from streaming services is quick. This 520N is marketed for gaming on small devices that are strictly for gaming, but this SSD is very beneficial if you do a lot of high performance things on your smaller and ultra thin laptops. Price seems high, but you’re getting 2TB and I think Seagate priced their product fairly.

Great software to start with. Does not make the computer slow.

I bought it for my use, but my son uses it for his gaming computer. Love it!
