Used this mixer for my home karaoke . Excellent tech help. Can not get it to to work but tech support Instructed me to reset my tv audio and it did work. This 8 channel mixer can do a lot. Love it..

Bought this monitor for a new work from home office. The monitor does everything I expected it to do and more. I like the fact that if I needed to I could also purchase the Lenovo computer unit that is inserted into the back of the monitor. The duel microphones work well (no trouble being heard during video conferencing ) The speakers work well (volume is not an issue ) The picture quality is excellent and the camera image displayed by the monitor is also very good. The monitor also has the eye protection benefits that I think should be standard in all monitors. Some people in previous reviews regarding this monitor, have said that this monitor is difficult to wire up or connect to their current computer and that the Lenovo instructions are vague . I'm not a techy computer person by any means, but I personally did not experience this and had no problem connecting this monitor to my computer ( HP Laptop) and a second monitor (Samsung). I have also purchased other tech related products from B&H in the past and found that if I did have a tech or product issue, someone from B&H helped resolve the issue or put me in touch with someone who could. The price for the monitor was also very good and I like the fact that B&H is a long established reputable company with excellent customer service. Shipping was good and the monitor arrived at my home early ( 2-Days) than the stated shipping date.

I ordered this monitor on Saturday evening, Dec. 2, and received it in Bethesda, MD, early the following Monday morning. Well done, as usual, B&H Photo! I unpacked it and set it up, only to find that the proprietary BenQ Palette Master Ultimate software wouldn't recognize either the monitor or my colorimeter. You need the BenQ software to perform a hardware calibration. Other calibration software, even Calman's at $2000, will only perform a software calibration. I called BenQ tech support and was delighted to discover it's U.S.-based. I was not so delighted to have them tell me, however, that the problem with the software had arisen a few weeks ago, and they did not yet have a solution. The BenQ engineers thought a recent Windows update might have made changes that caused the problem. After a few calls, the BenQ tech support staff eventually escalated me to a BenQ technical support manager. She could not have been more diligent in working with me, and after a few days, she provided new drivers for my computer's USB serial computer. Miracle of miracles, that worked! But beware! It only worked when I attached the colorimeter to the side of the monitor via a USB-A port there and to the monitor to the computer via the BenQ-supplied USB-A to USB-B cable.  Palette Master Ultimate would not recognize the colorimeter if I used its native USB-C connection when connected to either the monitor or the computer. There were times early on when I thought I would have to pack up the monitor and send it back to B&H Photo, no small task because the monitor comes in an extraordinarily large box and its packaging is like a Rubik's cube. BenQ's tech support, however, did itself proud! The image quality of the monitor is outstanding, and with the software now working, I couldn't be happier with my purchase.

I was able to print the rocktopus after calling tech support, as this is my first printer. One disappointing point was that you DO need a computer, just not all the time. The computer is needed for startup, and later for upgrading the machine and several manual controls. Its nice you can print using the SDRAM card, since Windows will reboot at some time during the day if it needs to, even if you are half way through a print. I also need to get a UPS to protect the machine during a print. Very good tech support, but I wish they had let a noob use the guide to clarify steps the builders know so well they dont write it down. Still, it is working, its very quiet and I made a model! Check out Autodesks Meshmixer, a free program for 3D printers that helped me a lot.

The providers router is located just inside of the font wall of the home. Signal was very weak or non existsnt at the the rear of the home. The router is located on the middle floor of three levels. I added this device to the same floor at the rear of home and I now have complete coverage. Installation was simple, but the range extender would not connect to my 5k network. After a few minutes on the phone with tech support, the issue was resolved. The issue was related to the channel selection of the 5k network in my router. I recommend this product and tech support was very good when I needed it.

B & H salespeople and tech support have really made the difference for me, as I have gone about the process of starting my voice-over business from home. Assembling the components of a solid home recording booth has been a lot less challenging than I thought it would be. I appreciate the instructions and advice offered by B & H staff. I will return to the company again and again.
