I recently purchased a new lens for my Toyo View Camera that had a 49mm front thread. I have a collection of 52mm filters for B&W that I wanted to use with it, so this sweet little step-up ring saved me the trouble and money of buying another set of filters.

The video this little power house takes is very clear and works pretty well in low light. the only thing I recommend that others have recommended is get the wide angle lens from canon. for some reason, when you record, it seems like you're already zoomed in on your subject. the lens has a very narrow view space. also, if you're a heavy breather, get an external mic. the mic is positioned on the top front of the camcorder so it's very easy for it to pick up your breathing. I'm a heavy breather. When I reviewed some footage I took, every couple of seconds of footage, you could hear my breathing on the video. Expertise: Intermediate Problems Encountered: Narrow field of view. mic is on the top front so it's easy for it to pick up the videographer's breathing. Used this camera by the front door. Great view, really like the spot lights, siren function!!!

I have owned this camera for about 2 months now. The camera is great it gives me an excellent view of my property's driveway and front yard. It has a great wide viewing angle and the alerts along with the alarm are a good feature. The only cons are I wish it was 4K and the SD card it comes with isn't large enough so I switched it out to a 256gig card.

Since COVID we are streaming to YouTube but the camera was very near the ceiling and always had the ceiling lights in view and washing out the front of the room. By adding the extender we got rid of looking at ceiling lights and the washout.
