I bought this for my son on his birthday. We’ve had other gaming headphones that I though we’re good, But when I used them ... wow it was superior sound. I might buy a set for me now.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently, I got the opportunity to test out the LG 29” UltraWide FHD HDR FreeSync Monitor with USB Type C. First off, I didn’t know how much a better monitor experience could give and I got to say this blew my expectations away. It was much bigger than I expected and now it's harder for me to use a smaller screen with this one spanning 29 inches. My current monitor is at 15 inches and yet this one feels like it's three times the size. Even having two screens side by side doesn’t compare. The full setup took less than 10 minutes before having it connected and exploring the features. So far I’ve thrown gaming, window multitasking, videos/movies, and 3D CAD design. Each one performed great and using the full real estate of the screen improved each area. For example, I found myself more immersed in my gaming/video experience than before. Also, I love simplistic/modern design with near edge to edge screen and subtle red accent color on the base. Now if only I can work solely from home on my new and vastly improved setup. I bought this cpu for a new dual workstation build. First function will be work with a side of gaming. If you doing heavy cpu load tasks that take advantage of all the cores or doing multiple VM machines, buy this cpu today. If you are only playing games, this cpu is way overkill (I would recommend a 5600X or at most a 5800X. Render times are amazing. For pro-sumer’s enjoy the reward and your free time with the 5950x AMD cpu.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this monitor for work/ gaming. I used to have a triple monitor setup and this monitor has maximized my desk space with its clean design. The monitor works fantastically for work it’s big enough to have two programs running side by side and the wide screen for gaming is amazing.

I don't use this for gaming. I just wanted a monitor that would allow two windows to be open side by side. I find this wide monitor better than two separate smaller monitors. I had to turn the brightness down, otherwise the default settings are fine. The only confusing thing for me was all the different model numbers, for what appear to the same monitor. LG should simplify their line.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought 2 of these gaming monitors initially for myself to use for my home home office but soon realized that it was much better for my son and his gaming requirements and really does give a seem less boardless experience with the 2 monitors side by side. The blue gaming led light adds some extra fun as well!

On the gaming side, this is the hands down best monitor with such a wide field of vision. On the professional work side, I have so much screen real estate that I don't need a secondary monitor.
