Gaming Headset For Work Calls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received these and loved them! I use them for work mostly as I have to listen to calls every week. They were super easy to pair with the computer and even if I didn't want to use them as a wireless headset, I could also plug them into a headset jack. I can also use them with my phone to listen to music.

This headset is perfect for working at home, the phone system with my jobs allows us to receive our work phone calls on our cell phones and this device allows me to talk these calls hands free so that I can type and help my tech's and vendors. Great headset

I bought this headset without any prior knowledge. I have to say it has made my life so much easier, I work from home and I'm taking calls on my cellphone or through Teams, having the ability to connect my headset to both my workstation and cellphone at the same time has made life easier, now anytime some calls me I can just put on my headset and talk to them and occasionally switch between them. I highly recommend this headset!

I'm required to use a wired headset at work. This headset is comfortable and technically excellent to interact with teleconference meetings or calls or to just make calls over your computer or phone with a USB jack. Other models are hard to hear conversations, and they give me headaches due to their uncomfortable design. If you need a good wired headset, the H390 is your model. If you want to get them quick, packaged correctly, and with progress emails, B&H is the website to use.

This headset was purchased to replace an entry level Logitech set from about 10-12 years ago. I wanted a comfortable headset for video conferencing that supported usb-c, since both my Pixelbook Go and MacBook Air only have usb-c ports. The fact that this headset can also easily convert into a standard stereo jack was also very appealing. I'm not ready for a wireless headset since I dislike charging too many devices and the mics on Bluetooth wireless headsets usually rate poorly (nearly always, the complaint is that they are underpowered and too quiet). I've used this headset now for numerous many hour long calls. It is lightweight and comfortable, my ears do not get hot, and it does an amazingly good job at blocking out background noise without any active noise canceling technology. The ear pad material was softer than I was expecting and it appears to sink around my ears for a close fit. Sound quality has been very good, and when I asked the people on the other side of my calls how I sounded, they all confirmed that I was clear and easily understood. The cord is very long, and the usb-c connector makes a tight fit. Setup was the same as any other usb headset.

Very nice headset, and very comfortable to wear (light; snug, but not overly so, against your ears). It does a nice job noise-cancelling on my end - with two settings to choose from - and people on the other end of meetings/calls say I sound good with no background noise even though I work in an open office with a lot of coworkers around. I like the fact that it is a USB-C headset but with a USB-A adapter permanently attached for when you want to use the headset with an older computer or device without USB-C. I also like that there are volume up/down and mute buttons on the cord. I don't use the "Teams" button to answer calls as I tend to just use my mouse to click on Teams calls since my mouse tends to be closer to my fingers than the headset cord buttons. I do have two suggestions for improvement: 1) offer an "over the ear" version in addition to this "on the ear" design as this would help even more to reduce distracting sounds in your own background. 2) allow the user to adjust the amount of sidetone (hearing your own voice in your headset), preferably via the buttons on the cord (as opposed to some sort of app the user needs to install) Thanks.
