Ordered this headset to be able to work from home. The initial estimate for shipping was 3 weeks which didn't surprise me because of the demand at the time, but B&H had it to me in a week. Thanks for the quick service! I'm using the headset with a Dell laptop and mostly Google Hangouts for work. It is very comfortable, doesn't squeeze my head or pinch my glasses against my head, but is not so loose that it is sloppy. The sound is very clear and can go really loud if needed. Mic is also great. Everyone says they can hear me really well. In line volume and mute is very handy and the cord is long enough that I can move around my work space with no problem.

I work from home and needed a phone that could connect to my desk phone, my softphone and my cell phone. This headset does it all. Its comfortable and the mute button on the mic is very easy to access.

This headset is perfect for working at home, the phone system with my jobs allows us to receive our work phone calls on our cell phones and this device allows me to talk these calls hands free so that I can type and help my tech's and vendors. Great headset

My headset at work was falling apart so I needed to order one. I work from home a lot so I got two. I'm really glad I did. Even though I have two different PC set ups all I had to do was just plug them in and I was ready to go. I like simple but I like it more when they work well. great Mic and good sound clarity.

I bought this headset without any prior knowledge. I have to say it has made my life so much easier, I work from home and I'm taking calls on my cellphone or through Teams, having the ability to connect my headset to both my workstation and cellphone at the same time has made life easier, now anytime some calls me I can just put on my headset and talk to them and occasionally switch between them. I highly recommend this headset!

For 2 years, I have been using the Jabra Evolve 65 headset that pairs to a PC via bluetooth adapter. While the audio quality is excellent with the Evolve 65, when speaking on my corporate VoIP UC application, my range was limited to bluetooth ranges. The audio quality drops off sharply within 20 feet, and does not penetrate my household walls, doors, glass windows, etc. I could not comfortably walk into the kitchen or restrooms with the bluetooth transmission ranges. When I purchased this new headset, all of my range limitations went away! The DECT wireless allows me to go anywhere in my house, or even outside to the mailbox without interrupting the audio quality of my work. I work from home full-time, and the Engage 75 is the first headset that keeps me working and audible anywhere I wander around my home.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I work from home and spend 20+ hours a week in meetings. Having a clear source of audio and video is critical for me. After switching from my headset tot his mic, I am mad at myself for not making the change sooner. Mic works great, connected easily with my docking station and is much more comfortable than a headset.

My IT group at work provides this headset to employees, so I'm used to it, and when my old Plantronics at home started acting up I took the easy route and ordered this after seeing how ridiculously many headsets are out there. The sound is decent, and the mic works well. The ear cups can get a little warm during a long call, but not terribly so. I do wish the cable was a few feet longer sometimes, but it works fine on a short USB extension if needed.
