Gaming Headset Metal Arms

Amazing headset for gaming! I couldn't be happier with this product.

WOW. These are stupid strong. Have two of them to fix a camera to a metal wall and need to use both arms to pry it off.

I've never been a fan of podcast mic arms that take up so much desk real estate so I got this. I wish it was all metal but its very sturdy. It was perfect for our needs.

This boom arm is made of a nicer metal material rather than a plastic material that I have had in some of my other boom arms before this. It has really smooth movement when I am moving my mic around and it has no problem holding my mic in place.

The picture that accompanies this product is not exactly accurate. It has metal bracket 'arms', but the base area (where the speedlite contacts are made) is totally plastic. The image shows metal with a plastic 'safety' area so your speedlite doesn't short out, I guess. This is affordable and gets the job done 100%. I honestly can't see how other similar products cost any more than this one. If you're just looking for a 1/4-20 thread to cold shoe adapter, this is it. I haven't used it long or in-the-field yet, but I can't imagine anything going wrong...there isn't much to it.

If you compare this to other arms that get the job done but wobble, you will see the engineering and metal craftsmanship that make this a more refined, professional, smooth experience. Although more expensive, it is likely to outlast any competition in it's price range or lower. The handling and ease of movement is also highly appreciated.

This is a great product. It's very sturdy and best of all the metal attachments are bolted onto the arm. Other similar arms I've bought have screws that come loose within a few uses and cannot EVER be tightened back to how they came. This is a solid utility arm for connecting lights, mics and anything else with an accessory shoe attachment.

The metal gooseneck is way more durable than other plastic ball arms that break. The flag has a great ball head so its super easy to get it in the perfect spot and block any light coming in. I use it on a Medium Format technical camera and the goose neck fits nicely on my center column, and from there I can flag light from any direction.
