That's about it! We received the memory unit quickly, installed it (in a Dell gaming laptop) ... which took about 4 minutes ... and it has been working perfectly. The laptop only had 8GB previously, and this addition dramatically improved system performance. 5 |

I use this with a Windows VM on my laptop (Fedora), where I passed the dedicated GPU through to the Windows guest for gaming, and the screen streams back to the host with an application called Looking Glass. The dongle is exactly what I needed to make the whole thing work. 5 |

I'm not an overclocker so this is probably over kill for my build. So far the MOBO is doing as advertised. Bought this for my new ASUS build with i9-13900k. I really like the design and the heatsinks included for future upgrades to PCIE5 nvmes. The RGB lighting puts a nice touch to it all. The BIOS is very easy to use, and a click away to set XMP settings for my DDR5 ram. I did need to update the BIOS FW,but booted on initial set up with the i9. There is room to overclock, but I haven't had the need to beyond the OC minimum of my GPU and CPU using the armoury crate and GPU tweak III. Beyond those OC settings I just don't know enough on how much this MOBO can handle. 5 |
