It connected the DisplayPort on my computer to the HDMI port on my monitor.

I would also like an HDMI port

so, i really bought this monitor more for work because i needed something with some real-estate and a budget. i picked this monitor to pair with a new laptop (gaming laptop with a rtx2060). gaming was second and productivity was first... well... so i thought... this monitor does a really great job with gaming. i have absolutely no complaints about it other than the one display port and 2 hdmi. i would much prefer display port, but that was very minor overall. the screen real-estate is fantastic. although, now that i am getting the g9, not sure what's going to happen to this monitor, but i am sure i will find a way to put it to good use!

Bough the monitor almost two months ago, have not had any issues with the monitor at all, currently only using HDMI until I can get my wife's PC completed and then I can see how Display port looks at the full MHz refresh rate, but just on the HDMI it has a crisp picture quality, and no issues displaying games, or playing media which is what we bought it for

I ordered this as I had to add one more monitor for my WFH. But I have already used only available HDMI port in my Mac Book Pro (2014 with Thunderbolt 2) As soon as i connected my monitor using HDMI port and Thunderbolt to MBP. it detected immediately.

I had a perfectly good monitor sitting on the shelf but couldn't use it when display port and HDMI took over as connectivity. B&H sold me a Pearson HDMI to DVI cable and it worked right out of the box! saved a buck or two on the price of a new monitor, I'm happy!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This display port is a handy device if you have a mini display port-enabled device and a HDMI cable. I use it in conjunction with my HDMI monitor and my Belkin male to female Mini Display port to HDMI adapter. It makes streaming high-quality video and audio from many devices including: laptops, desktops and tablets that are enabled with a mini display port output that has a HDMI television or computer monitor using a separate HDMI cable which is not included.

This monitor is as advertised. It performs very well out of the box. I have it hooked up to a late 2013 MacBook Pro. If you're using a same vintage MBP, my suggestion is to use the Display Port to Mini-Display Port cable as opposed to the HDMI cable. I initially was using the HDMI cable and was regretting not spending the money and getting the 4K monitor since the resolution seemed off, but after I switched to the Display Port hookup the resolution dialed in quite nicely. For an Eizo, this monitor is a great price point for the quality you receive. I would purchase this again.

Connects my Atomos Shinobi monitor's HDMI in to my Sony A7iii's micro-HDMI out port. Works as intended.

I have a full camera rig setup for the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 6k. The dual swivel on both ends of this HDMI cable makes it ideal for cable management, especially when the HDMI port for the field monitor is on the left side and the monitor it is mounted to the left of the camera/lens. You can wrap the cable flush against the surface of the monitor and don't have to worry as much about damaging the HDMI port on the camera or monitor if the cable gets accidentally jerked. I have several of these cables now. One runs from the camera to a 4-port powered HDMI splitter and then from the splitter to the viewfinder, focus monitor and wireless transmitters.
