I use this mouse for more than just gaming. It is my daily work mouse. I like customizing the buttons on it to perform tasks I do frequently such as, move from desktop to desktop.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This mouse looks really good and is very flexibile for all gaming needs. I was able to program all of the buttons easily and quickly, then adapt them as needed based on which game I was playing. The lights are striking visually and really set this mouse apart from others in the market. I would reccomend this to anyone who loves computer games.

I have been using a pair of these for two 1K monitors switching between Windows (at first W7 and now W10) and Linux (Kubuntu) for several years now. I have never had much of a problem with them. I have always used a wired keyboard with them which suits my needs since I use it on a desktop. I have also always used a Logitech M510 wireless mouse with them and that worked perfectly, including forward/back side buttons which I use frequently in Linux to switch between virtual desktops. I have never had to touch the settings in the KVM, which means mouse emulation has always been on. However, one of them died, sort of. It got worse and worse. I think they must have some kind of low power processor in them that deals with them mouse emulation and keyboard functions. I could no longer communicate with it via the keyboard nor did my scroll wheel or side buttons work on the mouse. Intermittently at first, but permanently at the end. I switched the KM part of the KVM to the other one which still worked fine. I had trouble finding a replacement at some of the other big sites where you might expect to get them, but was happy to see the B&H had them in stock. And, as usual the shipping was prompt. The replacement works perfectly. I expect to get another bunch of years of service from it.

I have never encountered a mouse that is as comfortable to hold than this one. Battery life is phenomenal. Side buttons and scroll wheel are much improved over the standard G Pro. It is worth the extra for sure.

I really like this mouse because of the side buttons for navigating forward and backward via thumb. In particular, I use the back button a lot when web browsing, and while in Windows file explorer. This mid-size mouse nicely fits my small/medium-size hand.

In a touch screen digital world, switching from Logitech MX Master mouse to Kensington Expert felt like going Back to the Future. I gave myself 7 days to work only on Kensington Expert Mouse. The tactile feedback of a large ball turned out to be extremely satisfying experience. The feature I've used the most on MX Mater, and I thought I would not have on Expert Mouse was a thumb-wheel function, which was setup to switch between the 3 virtual desktop screens I have on my Mac. Quickly I've discovered that the top buttons on the Expert Mouse are perfect replacement for my MX master thumb-wheel. I've also programmed top buttons to run Expose when pressed simultaneously - the feature I used on MX Mater with a thumb button. Now the biggest issue was a middle mouse click.. but it turned out to be as simple as programming two bottom buttons acting as the one, when pressed both at the same time. The big bonus is that if one needs to use buttons to perform different actions, one can do so. Kensington software allows per application button customization. I would consider all mentioned above as pros for this product.. now few if any cons - the scroll ring needs a redesign. At first I thought that I may have a faulty item, but watching couple of videos on the internet, I've found out that that gritty feeling is due to the ring design implementation. It's true.. the grittiness fades with use, but it's still far cry from a silk-smooth operation of MX Master scroll wheels. Minor cons is a somewhat high profile of the Expert Mouse. I have a large hand, so this is no issue for me at all. I'm looking forward to get the Kensington SlimBlade, which in my mind would eliminate high profile and gritty scroll ring. Overall.. if your desk keyboard/mouse space is limited, or you want to discover what you were missing all these years, using regular mouse - trackballs are way to go. Especially if you have a full size keyboard. Excellent product - highly recommended.

Has all I want and easy to use. Volume buttons on side of remote get in the way sometimes.
