Gateway Computer Customer Service

I have purchased many macs over the years, and never forgo AppleCare. If just one thing goes wrong with the computer, it pays for itself. The customer service is excellent, and if they cannot fix the problem, they replace the computer. It's a no-brainer in my estimation.

I needed a new computer, and I needed it fast. The problem was that the one I could afford did not have enough RAM. Enter B & H customer service. Not only did they get the computer to me in four days, but they did so with a boost in its operating speed. Thank you B & H!

I called customer service clueless about what to use to transfer videos to my computer. The representative was patient, professional and took the time to find me the right equipment. It was exactly what I needed

Nathan pointed out that they had the same exact computer in stock. Bought it, and cancelled my Apple order that same day. IMac is a wonderful computing machine!!!! Plenty of help from customer service and the RAM worked exactly as represented, all for a quarter of the price of the computer manufacturer's proposed upgrade. I'll be back

I had some trouble installing the software due only to my computer being so old, but I called Edimax and the customer service guy was incredibly helpful, and stayed on the line with me for 45 minutes until everything was working properly.

I recently purchased this backup. It was easy to install. Customer service was excellent. This backup recently saved my computer and monitor when we lost power for a short time and I was able to power down both computer and monitor with no damage done to either.

I already reviewed this computer on May 18, 2024. However, I need to add the sterling, Cyberpower customer support! Cyberpower always responds quickly to my emails with answers and solutions to every inquiry I made since purchasing this. I cannot stress enough how important customer service needs to be when making a purchase at this price point! I will not hesitate to purchase from CyberpowerPC again! Their customer service is great!

I needed a new keyboard, because I literally wore the letters off of mine. I can type without looking, except if I have to pick one letter out, and I use my home computer every day for work. I looked at HP, and bought one, and it was horrible. What's worse, is there customer service was so bad. I decided to come back here, because I purchased something else in this store has wonderful customer service. This is much quieter of a keyboard, and feels better than any HP keyboard. I love my HP computer, but Logitech has them best. The mouse is great as well.
