This is a one cable solution to get from a computer with only usb c ports to a hifi DAC. Works as intended.

My computer front ports stopped working with a Windows 10 update, and I could not get them to work again. But my rear 3.1 ports were working fine. So I saw this little unit, and bought it at B&H's low price. It's plug and play, and functions perfectly. I plugged it into a rear port, and double-sided taped it to the computer top. It has a power button that once turned on, never has to be used again. Turn the computer off, turn it on again, and the hub powers up with the computer. Perfect, and an easy fix! I can high-speed transfer to my USB sticks again!

More USB ports are always a plus.

I wanted more USB-C ports for my Mac Pro computer. This is just the card I needed. It was a great price and easy to install. Worked right away.

Because of the way my M1 iMac is places on my computer desk, getting to the rear-facing USB ports is a major pain. No longer... This is the accessory that one wonders why it didn't exist before. If I could give it more than 5 stars, I would.

Very happy with this hub. You can never have too many USB ports and I love that this adds 2 USB-C AND 2 USB-A ports to my computer set-up. I haven't done extensive transfer tests, but its transfer speeds are more than fast enough for my needs. The specs say up to 5Gb/s. and I have no reason to doubt that speed. This hub is also plug and play. My computers see it as soon as it's plugged in. The USB-C cable is integrated, meaning you won't misplace it and it is always there when you need it. I personally prefer that. This hub is also a good size, plenty small enough to use with a laptop and for it to be portable. It has a built in LED display letting you know that the computer sees it. I appreciate that feature. I've had other hubs without a display light and that was annoying. The build quality is also good, especially at this great price point. It is made of plastic, but a quality plastic. It feels sturdy and well-made in my opinion. I've had zero issues with this hub.
