This is my first switch. I purchased so that I could use ethernet for my computer, my Synology NAS, other peripherals instead of WiFi. I purchased this model so that I could eventually set up 10Gbe connection for my NAS. I wanted to set up static IP addresses. Although it took a call to NetGear to set up, I was happy that they had very responsive and great support for this first time user. The unit is solid/metal and a nice compact size. So far, unit is working quietly and has worked as I hoped. 5 |

I replaced my Cox Panoramic Wifi Gateway router with the CM1000v2 and the difference is night and day. I was normally getting about 120MB even though I was paying for Gigablast. Once I put the CM1000v2 and the Orbi mesh network in place, the average speed is 900MB. I highly recommend this modem. Easy to set up and install. Well done, Netgear! 5 |

I use this to hook my DSL Gateway to my LAN switch with no issues and everything is running smooth I would recommend this to my friends and family and would purchase again if needed I also bought the same cable in different colors so I can look at the cable and know where the other end is hooked to just by the color of the cable 5 |

I purchased this UniFI Gateway Lite to replaced an older Edge Router X. I wish I had gotten this Gateway sooner, as it streamlines maintenance, usage monitoring, bandwidth prioritization, etc, easily using either web or phone app interfaces. Great product (using with UniFi Cloud Key Gen 2+, Switch-8, Switch-24 and Unifi WiFi APs). 5 |
