Gateway Computers Being Sold Anymore

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this because our Xfinity Gateway just wasn't able to keep up anymore. I wish I would have switched sooner.

Mouse pads aren't sold commonly anymore and I was ordering from b&h and saw this n Wow!

You'd think that ink is ink. Not so in the land of computers. I rely on products sold by reputable vendors such as B&H.

Being able to use the dual drive to move files from a MacBook to computers with USB-A is very useful. The drive works well.

I'm a video editor who works from a home office. If the power goes out, the computers and drives go down. Well, not anymore. The APC UPS has saved my skin many more times than I can remember. I have an Mac Pro trash can and 32 Terabytes worth of drives connected to it and it has not ever failed. In fact, I just purchased my second for another work station.

My company uses various serial devices, and most computers don't have serial ports anymore. Some USB/serial devices don't allow all software to communicate, even though they appear to be set up correctly. This device works perfectly every time, and even remembers what COM port number it was when it gets unplugged and plugged into a different USB port.

The gateway to paradise

Being able to switch between two computers with the same mouse is awesome! I have been using 2 mice and 2 keyboards in the past when I needed to work between 2 computers. Now I can just move my mouse from one to the other and switch my keyboard back and forth with the push of a button. This is very productive.

This is the perfect output device for laptops and computers that have thunderbolt ports. Being able to use both HDMI and SDI allows you to output to almost any device natively. The only thing I could as for would be a output device that has either two hdmi or 2 SDI for alpha output, that way I wouldn't have to get a PCIE enclosure.

I found this as a gateway compatible with Xfinity and was able to easily install on my own in no time!
