I have a small recording studio in my basement for which I've purchased three of these racks. The build quality is outstanding and they're relatively easy to put together. The 12U version fits perfectly under my standard 29 high desk top (with about 1 inch to spare), and the wheels are nice and sturdy with a very stable locking mechanism on the front two. I especially like the fact that the rails are integrated right into the side panels and are in both the front and rear of the rack. This makes it perfect for mounting sliding shelves which need to be attached in the rear as well. The three that I purchased all had an Auray logo embossed onto a piece of plastic and glued to the front. It would be super easy to peel off if you wanted a cleaner aesthetic. If my gear keeps multiplying, I will certainly buy another one of these. 5 |

Gator Racks are good looking, and designed trim and lean, without too much unnecessary weight added. They are very economical, especially if you order through B&H. They hold all of my professional audio equipment with no problem. This is my third Gator Rack and I highly recommend them. 5 |

I bought this for my recording studio and have bought many wall mount TV stands and tons of electronic gear. I have never written a review on anything unless I hate it or love it.Probably the best product I have ever purchased as far as price, durability, and adjustment. These Gator stands are very substantial, well made and easy to install securely. Their only drawback is that the top plates, when attached centered on the vertical column as prescribed, extend at least 5 inches beyond the edge of the tabletop, preventing the table to be positioned close to a wall. I made an interface piece from 1/2 thick Baltic birch plywood to go between the top plate and the attachment bracket allowing me to move the top plate further forward so the table could be moved closer to the wall. 5 |
