The pros to this is that it actually works perfectly for the water valve. The cons to this is I wish it were longer. It still works how it's supposed to though. 5 |

I am really liking the Pluto Trigger so far. I also ordered the water droplet valve, but the valve came missing the bottom plastic nipple part. I called BNH and told them. At first they pushed back and said that I had not called within two days. I have been out of town and not able to open the box. Then they said they would go back to the manufacturer and have them look into it. I have yet to hear back anything. This is the first time I’ve ever had any problem. 5 |

I'm usually satisfied with Paterson products and this washer is no exception. It's made of durable plastic and the water hoses are thick and don't feel cheap. It washes paper well even with low water pressure. Worth the money. 5 |
