Ge Top Load Washer With 16 Wash Cycles

Bought this light 3-4 years ago . Couldn't find it one night , found it later in the laundry washer, and on , made it through wash , spin , rinse, spin cycles, now that's a tough light.

Reels are easy to load, the top goes on and you are on your way. Couldn't be simpler.

Someone please tell me any other film washer better than this.

Seem to take and hold a charge. It will take several cycles to see how they hold up.

You can use them as a third hand. You never have enough clamps ge tthe bundle its worth it.

Photographers' Formulary products are always reliable and top-notch. It's great that B&H carries them! I use their Sodium Sulfite along their Metol to make my film developer, D-23. I plan to start using the Sulfite as an economical print-washing aid as well. Two Tablespoons plus a pinch of Sodium Bisulfate in a half-gallon of water is the recipe is the wash aid, to help make sure my prints get an archival wash.

its 16 Lbs lighter than a similar Pelican case I was using, any help lighting the load helps

I took 16 carosels of slides that had been sitting around for decades and lightened the load by putting them in the storage pages. I like the labels and the ease with which I was able to load the slides -- and I'm very happy to have them stored in a way that they won't fade and deteriate.

The plate is very solid 3/16 inch aluminum. It comes with 4 screw-in legs but I prefer to use 3 for a more stable support (tripod). It also has both a 3/8 and 1/4 threaded screw for whatever head or camera you want to attach. The plate will easily support a heavy load but it has a small 5x7 inch base so placement of camera and lens is critical so that it doesn't tip. If care is taken to balance the load, the plate will easily support even very long lenses.

Bought this after trying a GE which would not connect. No problem with the Kasa, it worked right away.
