The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! The Icon microphone is a little more temperamental than its sibling the Ethos microphone, and though there are many times I don't want to change the Icon's excellent designed properties, there are many times that this extra filter makes recording easier while still creating an great final product, albeit a slightly different one. It offers another tool for flexibility in difficult recording situations.

Once you plug it in you just have to click on the icon that appears on your desktop. I have found that you have to reboot your machine if you plug in to a different screen/setup, but it's not a big deal. Glad to have dual monitors again. Thank you!

I'm using this with my D7000. Just enable the remote in the settings then turn the dial to the remote icon and you're ready to go! It's tiny so it fits in any little pocket of your bag and is easily concelled in your hand when you want to join the group shot. Also great for night shooting on a tripod to avoid shake and blur.
