Gear Pro 1080 Waterproof Camera

Fabulous case for my camera gear....rugged, waterproof, convenient. I've added insert compartments and it's superb.

It protects the camera gear super well. I like that it is crush proof and waterproof. And it fits alot more than I thought it would. I wish the strap that holds the laptop (in the lid section) had a wider section of velcro. It does not tighten down fully with a thin laptop.That's the only place I see room for improvement.

Do you really need a waterproof, indestructo Pelican case? Yes, of course you do. I have a lot invested in my camera gear and a low paying job, so the piece of mind knowing my gear is as well protected as it's going to get is well worth it. Quality, performance, etc. is absolutely top notch. Plus it looks cool.

I film so it's a good gear holder for me! Waterproof, very light, and hard case!

Good Camera with tough body and got waterproof

Works great with her Coolpix S30 waterproof camera.

The strap is installed in my Pelican1490 case housing a macbook pro. The instructions coming with the strap are great... however the 1490 comes with waterproof rubber grommets inserted where the strap holes are on the side of the case. They are very snug and not very visible at first. You must push them out from the inside of the case with a screwdriver to remove each one out to clear the hole to be able to attach the waterproof strap hooking device. The instructions to do all this are absent with the case and with the strap. It's left up up to you to figure this out...Nevertheless, it's easy, and fast, installing the strap.
