Gecko Car Accessories

Just got my Fat Gecko Car Mount today. I placed the mount on the right outside post of my Corvette Coupe. I then secured a plastic coated cable to tether the mount to a bolt on the car. My car club traveled to a car show over highway speeds to say the least. The video I shot on a Canon Power Shot was smooth and stable. The mount did not budge for the 100 mile trip, at high speed. The tether was a safety precaution, however this mount is amazing. When I removed it, there wasn't even a ring from the suction cups. I highly recommend this mount!

I purchased this Fat Gecko for a specific photo project involving a moving car shot. The Fat Gecko worked exactly as I anticipated and as advertised. The camera was solid and safe attached to the side of a fast moving car. The photos are vibration free with shutter speeds ranging from about one second to over thirty seconds. It is well made from quality materials and looks/feels as if it will last for a long time and serve my future needs well. I would like to see a larger foot where the Gecko attaches to the camera.

I purchased the Fat Gecko for shooting in car and hood mounted shots. It does a superb job. The build quality is great - its rugged without being bulky. The flexibility of the arm makes it easy to position the camera exactly where you want it. I would buy this again and again.

The Fat Gecko Triple Mount is an excellent tool to get some very creative shots. It can help create cinematic imagery at a very affordable price! The locking mechanism is sturdy, and definitely strong. I tested it on the outside of my car window while driving, and the camera never moved. However, slapping $2,600.00 onto the mount and trusting it to stay is pretty scary. Although, I have no doubt the mount will hold its grip and not drop your camera, I had a much more comfortable ride just simply attaching the camera to the inside of my car, so that if it fell it would at least fall into the passenger seat instead of onto the pavement with other cars rushing behind me.

I am really impressed with the Fat Gecko camera mount. I attached my camera to all places on my car and got some amazing video! I was surprised by how well the suction cups work!

It's like a glove compartment in a car. You can stuff it with anything from weights to accessories you need to have at reach arm.

Perfect for my needs; has adapter and car lighter accessories so I keep it in my purse for use at any time. GREAT !!

Great drone with lots of accessories... It would have been great if the car charger was also included in the combo..

I really enjoy taking pictures on vacation. When we do car trips, I usually take my SLR with an assortment of lenses and accessories. For flights, I don't want to bring a lot of heavy gear and find this ZS100 to be a great alternative. The pictures are nearly of SLR quality and it has the flexibility to cover almost every shooting situation. All this in a really compact form factor. If you are willing to go a little bigger, then a Sony RX10 III or IV would be my next choice, but I wasn't willing to give up the small size and weight of this Panasonic.
